Josh is a mess today. McDermott, Brady and Beane have to take massive chunks of blame, but he is isn't blameless on this performance so far.

Tom Brady won SBs with a bunch of no names. They focused on their strengths which was their run game, slot WRs, and tight ends. Exactly what the Bills should be doing.

I think part of the problem is we operate a downfield game so  infrequently that when we have to perform it we can’t effectively.

This is what happens when you don't take the WR position seriously and your HC creates a culture that plays down to bad teams.

 

Hard to run the offense through a RB when you are down 13

 

And unfortunately the OC only calls plays that everyone on the filed, in the stands, and at home sees coming. This offense has no "system" or "scheme"... It's just a bunch of plays.
