Special K Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago (edited) We all know McBeane love their LB's on the small side.....he's listed as 6-1 230, but the guy is a playmaker.......high character, high football IQ, student of the game type player.....just the kind of guy McBeane loves. I know its way too early to talk draft, but I bet Beane and his scouts are looking at this guy right now. With a LB spot opening up next year, the Bills will need to draft a LB, and I bet this guy is near or at the top of the list. Edited 6 hours ago by Special K Quote
Augie Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago It’s Indiana, so he’s probably an 85%+ Free Throw shooter as well! I’ve been watching a bit of Indiana ball lately due to their success and our neighbors lawn flag across the street making me curious. Just bits of a few games, but thx, I’ll try to keep an eye open for him. If he’s listed at 6’1” and 230lbs, I wonder what the combine will say? My guess is less, but by how much? 1 Quote
SirAndrew Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago I’ve haven’t seen any Indiana football this year, but he sounds like a high motor lunch box guy. Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago That's not how it works. There's a process. 1. He's available when the Bills pick, but they trade down 2. He's taken a round later by Carolina 3. We take an undersized DT 4. He plays 4 years in Carolina before becoming a FA. 5. Signed to Buffalo. Trust the process. 1 1 7 1 1 Quote

I have seen him play. Like @Special K says he is considered high motor and high character. He does identify plays quickly and is good in run pursuit. His mid season scouting report says he plays fast (almost too fast) and has good instincts. His weakness is size 6-0 1/4 and 232 lbs and he's below avg in pass coverage. He's projected near the 6th round. Someone to watch considering Milano is likely gone next year. 2 Quote
Big Turk Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Do we know that? They spent a 1st round pick on Tremaine Edmunds who was a very large human being. Quote
Dr. Who Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Don't know the player. Maybe he's a fit. Thumpers may no longer be viable, yet someone larger than the converted safety type would be nice. I'd like to get away from the athletic, but oft hurt model. 2 Quote

He’s had a great career here, yet is often unavailable when we need him most. Sometimes a guy with lesser talent can contribute more to a franchise solely by staying healthy. 3 Quote
billsfan5121 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I don’t know anything about him but he actually grew up in my neighborhood in Fredericksburg, VA. I had no idea (I’m older) until I saw a banner on his parents porch while I was out running one day so I looked him up. Anyways, once I saw he lived here, I started tracking Indiana games to see his stats. 1 Quote
NeverOutNick Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I’d take him and the HC. That dude is a winner! 1 Quote

The process is that they play 8-10 years with Carolina first. Pretty smart by the Panthers to include the “get paid by the Bills for the last 2-3 years of your career” retirement package for all their players. Surprised other teams haven’t caught on. RyanC883 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago PSU back Allen was running guys over today. Not sure if he was one of them. Quote
BobbyC81 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago How about UB’s Red Murdoch? Like Dolan, he makes a lot of tackles and now has the record for most caused fumbles. Quote
Orlando Buffalo Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I am watching FSU and their Safety Earl Little Jr is a guy I see fitting well for us also. I have no idea when he gets drafted but we need Safety help. Quote

Yeah but you know how some guys test fast but don't play fast (or vice versa)? Well, Tremaine Edmunds tests big, but during actual full contact games he doesn't play big. Quote
