In the absence of a reliable injury report, I would assume that a couple of starters won't be available.

The Bills confidence might be at a high level but missing starters won't help that.

That said, Miami isn't exactly self-belief central either. And the Bills won't have to worry about Jaelen Phillips pass rush.

It will be difficult to see how Miami can win this, but they gave us an almighty scare in WNY. I expect them to hang with the Bills early before losing touch in the second half.

With Benford out, Waddle ends the Hairston honeymoon, going over 200 yards and 3 touchdowns.  Cook doesn't play more than a quarter before tweaking his ankle, and the run game does nowhere without him.  The Bills keep it close, before a late turnover puts the Phins up 34-20.  A late FG ends it and Tua takes the kneel down.

This predicted score with the Bills on the losing end has worked for the past 2 games. Go Bills!

This seems more like a "if I say it, the reverse will happen" type prediction.

That would be the ultimate let down game after a big victory. It would make me question whether this team is capable of even getting to the postseason.

28-17 Bills for me.

Buffalo still figuring out the defense without Hoecht. Very little pressure on Tua for the most part due to his quick release.

Late INT by Mad Max seals it.

Tua is done. I have watched Tua since his first appearance at Alabama. Not only has he suffered numerous concussions, his arm isn't what it used to be. I watched him play last week and they were only trying short routes. Too many serious injuries.

Tua is a great guy by all reports. A total gentleman. Now, he is saying odd things at press conferences. He needs to retire. I wish that he would step away before this game to avoid further damage. He made enough money. It is painful to watch him risking his future. Again, he is done. Enough is enough.

The only loss we've had to them in five years was that heat game in Miami a few years back.   My son and I were there, it's insanely hot on that side of the field.  People were passing out, including one Miami fan near us had to come out of the stands on a stretcher.  Diggs went down with bad cramps and the game winning throw to Mckenzie in the end zone slipped out of Josh's hand because of the sweat and fell short.

Sunday will be sunny, humid and 86 which means field temps for players will feel like 100 degrees with pads on in the full sun.   Remember the Fins sit in the shade on the other side of the field and for some reason the dopes who make the decisions don't have a shade structure for our side of the field.  Its a joke.  If Pegula had any balls he would flat out refuse to play there again until there is proper shading and cooling for the players.   Guys in the NFL have died from this kind of crap.

It was flat out dangerous, I remember Greg Rousseau saying in his college days there they tried very hard to schedule afternoon and night games until Thankgiving timeframe.   Duh.    Since that day the league has scheduled us around the 1 oclock spot there in early season, but here we go again with another dangerous heat game.

So my prediction is players going down from exhaustion, cramping and heat stroke.  The better team should win but Miami players have two advantages, acclimation and sideline shade.  Its a real factor.

I think Miami had their best chance to beat Buffalo in the Orchard Park game.  This one will be kind of dull and Bills will grind it out.  The D has been playing better and will continue to do so.

Normally I would say after a big win over KC and TB next week this is a trap game, but the Dolphins had the kiss of death which hurts players more then coaches being fired with players being traded and the GM canned which just creates a world of uncertainty. Add in the injuries they have and the Bills defense finally looking a bit better I can see this getting ugly in the 2nd half.

Bills get off to a fast 10-0 start with Allen actually hitting a deep TD to Moore, before Tua makes it interesting start of the 2nd on an Achane screen to get it to 10-7. Bills go on a long drive and cap it with a Davis rushing TD with a minute before half. Miami gets a FG before half to make it 17-10 as our defense has brain farts before half. But 2nd half the Bills get the ball and bludgeon Miami with 2-3 TE sets mixing run and pass before Dawes gets a short TD rec to put the Bills up 24-10. Tua throws an INT on the following drive and the Bills get a TD from Shakir to start the 4th ending any hope for Miami (Prater does miss the XP). Typically late game BS Bills get another turnover for a FG with Mitch, Mami gets a garbage TD, most importantly Bills can rest some starters in the 4th.

Allen 23-29 301 yds 3 TDs 12 yds rush

Davis 49 yds 8 carries (I think Cook gets a limited snap count and they cycle through)

Shakir 5 rec 120 yds 1 TD

Milano 1 INT 1 FF 3 tckls (he gives visions of old Matt for a day)
