We’ve been hearing for years that the AFC west was going to be competitive….hallelujah we’ve arrived!!!

People are rueing the rise of the Pats but the Chiefs have it worse in their division.

You and I both know the Jets and Dolphins are bad teams going nowhere. We also know that the Chiefs are a team that has 4 losses right now but can also and probably will turn it on and get to the playoffs. Are we seriously acting like that won't happen?

They only converted 3 of 13 third downs....so couldn't have been too many.  I think they have been taking some chances and sometimes get burned...but overall, I like this defense much more than previous versions.

It's another thing to question why the defense isn't ready in some situations, requiring burning a TO.  One thing to keep in mind is that home crowd noise works against the defense, making it very hard to communicate - and right now the defense is cobbled together including a bunch of young and reserve players.

It’s such a confirmation bias thing…was saying this in the gameday thread not long ago lol. There’s good results on defensive timeouts often but no one remembers the good ones and there’s no way to know what would’ve happened if they didn’t take the timeout.

There is a real chance the Chiefs miss the playoffs entirely. If they lose two more then it is possible the wild cards are some combo of Jags, Chargers, Broncos and Pats, keeping them out

I don't understand why you are so mad over a Bills win? I mean, if none of these games matter to you then just shut them off until the eventual super bowl. If we never get there, then you have saved a lot of time by not watching games you obviously don't care about and just seem to make you miserable.

Only Mahomes is capable of converting these plays. Any other QB and they win by 17 points tonight with that D.

Yea this is my biggest pet peeve on the bills message board.  There’s definitely various reasons to be down on the team at any moment so general negativity doesn’t bother me at all.   but the people that talk up our opponent all week and then say ‘ehh they weren’t good’ after we win are a little ridiculous imo

Yeah no clue why they're not throwing to Cook more, he's rather uncoverable,

 

Have to free up some cash but thinking Beane has to something like Rasheed Shaheed for a 3rd and trade for a DT (like that 39 year old DT playing for ARI). PHI does it every year, with the way the AFC looks this year it's no time to be shy.

I think the ones they made were all long yardage and of course the 4th and 17, but you're correct...overall, the defense played Mahomes well tonight especially considering the Chiefs have been on fire for the last few weeks.
