Watch the tape.  Rousseau does his job very well.  He goes above his 1/11th.  Roos had deep bone bruise that affected his play the first 3 rounds.  Still he played well.  hoecht and Larry O are going to elevate the whole DL, the whole D.  Watch Roos Sunday.  Roos has a big game Sunday IMO

No, I’m not questioning you or anyone’s loyalty/fandom. We’re all here talking the Bills because we love this team and all it represents in our hearts.  
 

I just think some folks are seeing an empty glass, when it’s easily more than half full.   This team has more talent than you want to see.   The notion that they’ll tank the season,

bottom out and Pegula makes a clean sweep is ..remote.. to say the least.   So why not enjoy the team we have and dream of another playoff run, as opposed to hope for a complete collapse and top 5 draft pick? I’m certain the former is much more likely than the later.

That glass of half full water is 40% Josh Allen water. 10% James Cook and the rest of the offense falls in line there. The defense is about 10%. The coaching is the ice cubes that take up more mass than adding in volume.

Until the Bills lose post bye under McD, I will assume business as usual which means a dub and usually a relative blowout.

 

Also, people should probably stop acting like this is some 7-10 team at some point.

it is clear from reading this board that we fans need this dub as much as our team.. The losses we have had (understandably so)  

make a lot of people very skeptical of just how we will react after this bye.

 

Just DUB Bills. The 2 game losing streak is a monkey on all our backs. This team will show what they are made of on Sunday.

With you 100%.  If we lose to the Andy Dalton led Carolina Panthers, the season is over and things need to be blown up from the top to the bottom.  That will be as rock bottom as we've seen the team since the drought era.

I went to the Atlanta game too…bought mid-field upper deck for $242.  Prices so much higher in Charlotte right now…I’ll probably hold off buying until the weekend.

I pulled the trigger.  I got endzone, row 18 for $356 a piece.

All others in the area were between $400-$800 a piece.  I nabbed this one quickly.

 

I don't understand why Charlotte is more expensive than Atlanta.

Charlotte has long been a prime destination for Buffalo ex-pats. The Charlotte metro area is the #1 destination for upstate NYers leaving the state.

This is a huge week. Dalton playing helps the Bills. He has a low ceiling at this point. I think that the Bills show up and look sharp this week. Lol, I predicted that for 3 straight games. 🤣🤣 Josh might look like the MVP moving forward. It is more of a feeling than anything else but this is the most criticism this team and organization has taken in 5 years. It’s been deserved.

 

Also, the Pats have a sneaky tough game this week. Playing Cleveland is no picnic. They get after you and can run the ball. This week could go a long way to restoring order in the AFCE.

I'm not worried about this game, but I don't think I'll even watch the Bills-Chiefs game. The copy is already written and ready to go to press: "Surging Chiefs Humiliate Overrated Bills." I think the Bills will recover, in part because the fresh players, including (I hope) Olave, will get up to speed, and they could even beat the Chiefs in the playoffs, not easy with the ref bias. But week nine will be miserable.

TBH, hendricks gets what, 30mm a year, parsons gets 40, crosby and garrett are between there.  groot gets like 50-60% of elite money, which is basically fair.

 

based on this year benford and bernard are overpaid, based on their prior 2 they are either fairly paid or kinda cheap.  ed is a bit cheap right now but not consistent, bosa is on a so far very cheap 1 year deal.  the problem is we have so many holes on d, too many street guys and rookies taking snaps at DT, and we need a real play maker to emerge.

Thanks for writing this. Gotta say, I agree the chance the season tanks is remote... and yet, somehow I've lost some hope that this version of the Bills can get the trophy. Too much rinse and repeat over the last 5 years. I used to feel like, just get us to the Dance and with Josh we've got a shot! But Josh played better than any QB in history in the playoffs in 2021 and we still couldn't get past KC. This year's team doesn't feel anywhere near as good. Maybe I am just at a low point and will come around, after we crush the Panthers. Hope so!

This fascination for a receiver who has major concussion problems is baffling to me.
