I call Beane and McD in and demand answers for the poor performances, especially the undisciplined penalties.  Demand accountability for the crazy 3rd down calls by Brady, and how our D can just let teams walk down the field when a stop is essential, how # 7 is wide open when you know he’s getting the ball.   Make it clear that anything less than a SB appearance is unacceptable.  And I have them walk into the meeting as Adams and Ruff are leaving after being fired to perhaps send a message.
