They just consistently waste time & picks on nobodies. While other teams get better, we've wasted time combing the bargain bin to fill out the roster.

They really don’t.  We haven’t had a good draft in so long.  The Tre white and Allen drafts are the only two I can think of.  
 

go check out the lion and eagles drafts if you want to see what I takes to build a SB caliber roster (and not just have a HOF QB)
