Yea they had superbowl winning HC Jim Caldwell as a quarterbacks coach that they could promote though to be fair lol i don’t think the ravens have anyone like that that could take over on the defensive side right now.  If they did it could make sense

Both are great QB's who will likely end up in the HOF someday. I would prefer Lamar be the next Marino and not Allen. 

 

I'm trying to imagine Lamar as the Bills starting QB. I think it would be a bad mix. His running style wouldn’t work here.

I literally said he's been a better passer RECENTLY. Read any of my posts in this thread. Read the post you quoted. I said he has BECOME (meaning he wasn't prior) the better passer. I said the last couple years (and given they've been in the league 8 years, that should tell you I'm not arguing who was the better passer in 2021 or whatever).

 

You're doing what everyone else is doing & trying to change to other subjects. Here's what I'm NOT arguing:

 

1) Lamar's the better QB

2) Lamar has always been the better passer

3) Talking rushing stats AT ALL

 

So if you're going to quote me & argue about any of those things, then you'll be disappointed, because I disagree with 1 & 2 and don't care about 3.

 

But here, just so I can say again for the next quote that moves the goalposts:

 

1) Allen has been the better passer for more years than Lamar has.

2) Allen is the better overall QB

 

But if you want to argue Allen was the better passer than Lamar from 2023 - until today, I completely disagree, as do most people. 

 

Edit: If you want, I'll just stop replying. It's taking too much out of me defending anything Lamar. I can't stand the Ravens & really can't stand Lamar fans. I hope he throws 3 INTs today, his passer rating plummets & loses out.

Lamar has two MVP wins and three all pros. No SB wins. But would anyone say he was a worse QB than Roethlisberger, Rivers, and Eli? All guys, with the exception of Rivers, who are locks.

I will say the KC run offense mostly stinks, but they get 2 yards whenever they need it. Not a lot of great plays but also no negative yardage.
