Should refs be tested for steroids/PEDs?

I would be more concerned about which teams they are betting on.  Even though we all know they're as pure as new driven snow, and can't possibly gamble. 🤔🤨🙄

The roided refs like to throw all the flags too. Understandable. It is weird though that they take forever and a day to spit out the penalty call.
