I wasnt sure if I should mention the team.  Not sure if people still consider the Athletics a major league team.

John Fisher need to die from a s s cancer. He single handedly killed that franchise.

How is MHJ going to bust. He seemed as much of a sure thing as there is.

Wouldn’t mind bringing him in as a buy low candidate in a year or two.

He’s got the yips. His confidence is absolutely shot, and that’s on Arizonas coaching staff

I’d like to see Harrison away from the Cardinals. He looks completely checked out there. Yes Murray put that one on him but Murray is such an overrated passer he isn’t going to get the consistent target he needs to be successful there. Never been a fan of Murray and that team will never go anywhere with him as their Quarterback

Very sad.  My favorite team as a kid.  I remember begging my Dad to watch Sunday Night Baseball so I could see Henderson.   Pitched side arm in little league and high school because I wanted to be Eckersley.    They have a few good young players now, likely to be Yankees in a few years.

You’re making stuff up now. He has absolutely been underwhelming. He’s been straight bad this year. I am not disputing how he has played. He looks horrible.

I am disputing the misinformation that’s you’re spreading about him being a “flawed” prospect or an “overrated college player.” That’s just not true. He was an incredibly clean prospect with elite measurables, performance and pedigree.

Not going to continue this because I will not derail the thread but Harrison had questionable speed and agility in college. Nonetheless he was able to overwhelm most opponents because of his sheer physicality. Just because someone was highly productive at the college level does not make them an "incredibly clean"  prospect.

I had season tickets during the prime Moneyball era. I was sitting in the front row of the Right Field Bleachers when Hatteberg hit the HR for the 20th win in a row.  I was sitting in the upper deck (season before my ex and I bought our season tickets) behind home plate where Jeremy Giambi didn't slide in the ALDS against the Yankees.

Watch this game on “prime vision.” It’s much more interesting.

Oh yeah, I never checked that out before but did tonight and it’s pretty cool. Even better put it on mute, put on some good music, and crack a beer.

Especially for a crappy game like this, it’s perfect. Can watch the plays develop really nicely.

What I'm seeing from watching Prime Vision is Murray panics way too quickly or only takes his first read. Darnold is much more steady in the pocket and goes through his progressions decisively.

It's a little busy for my taste.  I enjoy the camera angle and the names presnap are fine, but I wish they and the circles went away at the snap

Its really sad to have good memories like those tied to a team that cares so little about its history and its fans, especially when baseball is such a historical game.   Hopefully Vegas turns that around.  I doubt it highly though.

I actually watch a lot of non Bills games on mute with music going on a big screen in my home theater room. This prime vision makes that approach to games that I don’t really care about a little more fun.
