The logical rooting interest is to want the Jets to win this game vs Miami

 

Reason being that the Jets aren't paying a long-term QB, so we want them to have a lower draft pick.

Let Miami get a Top 5 pick and let the swirl begin on if they draft a new QB or keep Tua

Their offense woke up in the 2nd quarter against the Pats.  They should be able to outscore the Jets.

Well, the Jets travel to Orchard Park every year, so it IS possible for them to gain entry into our fair state. They say we live in 
“upstate NY”, but we are really in Western NY. They are the New York Jets, playing in New Jersey. I have a Canadian friend who is much better at US Geography (and history, fwiw) than the Jets or the Giants, apparently.

A few people here have said that McDaniel doesn't have the capability to adapt to what the defense is giving him. That's a necessity in today's NFL, so no thanks.

McDaniel aint it. The new motion rules totally screwed him. His best case is Shanahan is open to bringing him back.

I'd say "GTFO" and then hang up and listen

 

McDaniel put together a great approach in Miami.  It worked amazingly well for a 1-2 year window and with a narrow range of player talent level and execution

But real coaches have more than one trick up their sleeves and can adapt when opposing defenses eventually catch on and can effectively game plan.

 

Joe Brady has learned that, where it's hard to see McDaniel changing up his approach to evolve and grow

 

Plus he's a weird dude that doesn't exactly scream "Western NY"
