remember a few years ago when he played vs the jets and daboll didn't let him throw a single pass for reasons no one could explain after the game?  That was fun.  that was the night I realized Daboll is one of these guys that will just move around in coaching forever because he doesn't really have full command of what he is doing or how to get it done.

 

he is sort of like the coaching version of the qb jeff george who kept getting jobs even though he always stunk.

I could understand not wanting to throw the kid to the wolves against a Spagnuolo defense in prime time, especially cold off the bench.
