Dalton Kincaid.......seems to be taking that "step up" that we have all been wanting to see.

I'm really liking what I've seen from Kincaid so far this season. He was very close to having a 3 TD game last night. His TD was a great catch, and he showed great body control and balance not only to make the catch but to keep his footing into the endzone.

The 2nd would be TD was just a great play by the Miami defender to get his hand in there and knock it away.....the 3rd would be TD was again the Safety from Miami turning himself into a missile to keep Kincaid out of the endzone, but down to the 1 yard line.

I also feel that his blocking has gotten a lot better.....he made a great block on the Elijah Moore TD last week, and a great block on the Shakir TD this week. I know he had a holding penalty this week, but that was on a weird change of direction play.

I hope he keeps stacking good games and turns into the top-tier TE threat that I believe he can be.

Go Bills!!

Yeah, loved to see those blocks, from a guy that was not supposed to be good at it originally.

And also form the Knox and Dawes. So consistent, and it is the Bills now taking their game to the opponents, with the tights ends vital.

It is that physical game that pushed the Bills to the next level once Brady took over, toughened up the offense, and helped create what is now a superb running game, one of the best in the league.  Not a coincidence Josh won his MVP in Brady's first full year.

Just before the game I was telling someone that not enough is being said about how good our tight ends are now, maybe the best group in the league, with great variety and physicality.  Looking forward to how they keep progressing, and help the offense become the best ever maybe.

The injury last season really slowed him down. He was out there but you could see that they had to scale back in the game plan how much they could use him due to his limitations.

With all of the things going wrong, it’s probably a good idea to bring this back up. Kincaid has taken a step. Yesterday was his best game as a pro. He’s a threat down the field, a good blocker and the Bills best pass catcher. That’s the guy we thought we were getting when he was drafted. It took a little time but he’s turned into a Pro Bowl level TE. Kudos to Kincaid!!

I know we kinda like to crap on Knox here but between Kincaid, Knox, Hawes and Gilliam we might have one of the best TE rooms in the league. What I've witnessed from Kincaid so far this season has been really encouraging but honestly the biggest surprise (to me at least) has been Hawes.

The fact that all 3 of them (Knox, Kincaid, Hawes) seem to be legit receiving threats while also being great blockers just opens up the offense in so many ways and makes it really tough to defend.

Funny how we say things like

this and yet we seem very easy to defend much of the time. Kincaid is only on the field like 56% of the time. He's one of our best playmakers right now and we use him for a little over half the plays. They're much smarter than I am, so who am I to say.

Lone bright spot i was able to recall (through the fog of frustration/anger) from the game last night.

I know and am glad hes becoming a good blocker, i understand the value of an inline TE.... my question is will we line him up in the Big Slot role?  Is that not a thought anymore?  Is he just THAT much more valuable inline, that its hard to pull him away from there?  Im down for whatever gets him the ball more. ESPECIALLY bc I expect him to see a ton more coverage rolled his way.  Man if we ever needed it its right now
