Multiple weeks from someone stepping on your foot in a walk-through is insane. There are a lot of injuries league-wide. We just don't notice because we don't care so much. Just last night, the Commanders lost their #1 RB for the season and the Packers probably lost their #1 WR for a very long time. If we can't lose a DT for a few weeks in September, this team was going nowhere anyway. 1 Quote

HardyBoy Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Would they have to specify specifically if it was a high ankle sprain? Quote

IDK, but hopefully getting stepped on and high ankle sprains don’t go together. I am not a fan of the dreaded high ankle sprain. . Edited September 12 by Augie 1 Quote

DaVinci Posted September 12 Posted September 12 After wining the game of the century and laying all out on the field is it a good idea to have a hard practice with pads? 2 1 Quote
H2o Posted September 12 Posted September 12 I think we can survive these next two games without him. Rest him up until Week 4. 1 Quote
The Jokeman Posted September 12 Posted September 12 So does Zion or Jordan come up or do we sign someone? Quote

HappyDays Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Sucks but we are entering the weak part of our schedule. We can live without him for 2-3 games. Banged Up Bills on Twitter is saying the mechanism of the injury (foot stepped on) likely means it isn't too severe and the timeframe to return shouldn't be too long. 1 Quote
Ray Stonada Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Silver lining: he will be a little fresher later in the season, and when we really need him, the postseason. 1 Quote
HappyDays Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Interesting that Logue gets the call up over Phillips. Makes me think 1st string will be Sanders/DQ, and 2nd string Walker/Logue. Good opportunity for the rookies to show off their pass rush. Quote

Watching since 1964 Posted September 12 Author Posted September 12 (edited) More from Parrino…”With Ed Oliver out this week, it appears the Bills are planning to elevate Zion Logue off the practice squad. I caught up with DaQuan Jones after practice today and he said he's excited for Logue, the former sixth round pick the Bills added last year off Atlanta's practice squad, to get another opportunity. -Matt” Edited September 12 by Watching since 1964 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted September 12 Posted September 12 could be worse news. Hopefully we get him back for Week 4? 1 1 Quote
