philholbroo Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Maybe should look at playing more starters in preseason 2
Bangarang Posted September 8 Posted September 8 (edited) Josh with lots of pumps tonight. Must be frustrating that he can't deliver a throw on schedule because his WRs are not good Edited September 8 by Bangarang 2 3

There are teams with 4 or so that I’d rather have than our top option. I waited my whole life to have a qb and we give him this This regime doesn't prioritize offense. Never has.
HIT BY SPIKES Posted September 8 Posted September 8 We laugh at Jerry Jones and there are many reasons to do so however no one ever questions his full commitment to winning on the field. I would like to see some of that from Terry and I am NOT even a Sabres fan.

Utah John Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Beane knew we had problems on the D line and at safety. He gambled that Bishop would become a good player so he concentrated on the worst problem, the D line. That was reasonable but it's not working out.

McDermott can stay around and then the next internal hire as DC can have the exact same results under McDermott. Then, that DC can be canned by McDermott after another year or two of garbage defenses and playoff exists. Juat keep the Common denominator around and keep cycling through assistants. I am sure that will produce results. 1 1

Like, is there some technical way we can do that? We don't need to score, I don't care. I just don't want to see our defense. It's sooo badddd. Could be a 50 burger tonight
thenorthremembers Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Just now, Dablitzkrieg said: It's crazy how the offense and the defense are both worse than last year 🤣 Not really. When you pick late in round one, and your current players get older, and you have less money to spend its makes total sense.
UKBillFan Posted September 8 Posted September 8 I expected a defeat. I didn't expect a humiliation. Maybe I was naive. 1
Roundybout Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Just now, GunnerBill said: It is a mixture. You can't say the gameplan on defense tonight has been good. However, the execution has sucked. Jones, Strong, Rapp, Bishop and Williams are not NFL starting calibre football players. I don’t think you can evaluate Strong off 3/4 of a game. The others I agree with. 1

Victory Formation Posted September 8 Posted September 8 2 minutes ago, Roundybout said: It’s week one. I understand that, but this team is clearly not ready and that falls on McD’s shoulders and no one else’s.
