Maine-iac Posted September 8 Posted September 8 The plan can't be for Bosa to crash down the line with no one covering the edge ...... right?
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Love me some Beane and McDermott defensive drafting DL looking top 5 1
JDubya76 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 D won’t stop them all night. They may hang 40 on us in our own barn.
Southern McButterpants Posted September 8 Posted September 8 1 minute ago, Stads said: New look defense looks just like the old one Yup, so let’s continue to draft undersized D-line men and ignore WR. Rinse, repeat. 2
tigerthelion Posted September 8 Posted September 8 It is only week one, and a loss won't ruin the season, but this crap gets tiring. New defensive players, same old defense. 1

Ralonzo Posted September 8 Posted September 8 This game completely changed on the Allen audible. Since then Baltimore has pretty much won every play. I don't know why, but there's something to be said for the 15-play script to start games and just running the damn plays. 1

BillsFan130 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 McDermott needs to take over this play calling asap, and fire Babich right after the game. Guy has absolutely no idea how to run a defence
LarryMadman Posted September 8 Posted September 8 The whole defensive scheme is broken, thats on the coaches. Been the same for years so that means it's McDipshits philosophy. Time for Sean to go
Donuts and Doritos Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Safeties are garbage & OC doesn't know how to draw up a play that throws for more than 10 yards. Thank goodness it's game 1. But Joe Brady & the Safeties need to get their heads out their asses.
GunnerBill Posted September 8 Posted September 8 The Bills are trying all the stuff this forum has implored them to do vs power run teams for years. More 4-3, some 5 man front. Their fundamentals have been off though. Angles and discipline. 1 1

SoonerBillsFan Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Just now, Prospector said: Boss admitted he was done on hard knocks… this team is toast as long as our OC and DC have jobs As long as our HC and GM have jobs
Silvercrw Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Run run run everyone in the world knows that's all you do... yet nobody can stop it
dma0034 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 So whenever the Bills have played the Ravens during McDermott's time the Bills DE have done a great job at containing Lamar Jackson. This game is quite the opposite
sven233 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Hey Beane...... I know you don't want to do it. Never have. But a TRUE BEAST of a 1 tech would be really helpful in these types of games. All they penetrating quick players are nice when teams have to throw, but teams like the Ravens will never have to throw if they have run lanes that semis could drive through.......
