Buffalo Joe was having the same depth problems in Hard Knocks episode 2.. both him and Bishop looked really bad there

He has a lot to learn but he’s a decent backup

The bills are telling us how they feel about this game.

logue and codrington starting is all we need to see.

Yup when I saw Codrington I was like they apparently don’t care about this guy

Sure. But it is what we saw whenever he was on the field last season too. Doesn't read it quickly enough and always late reacting.

He was definitely slow reading. Really sucks that he's missed so much development time both years

Make this clear .......... I'm not upset.  It's mostly back ups.  That said we don't have to suck just because we're playing back ups.  They don't have to get torched on EVERY play.

I would have liked to see Sanders and Walker push the pocket even a little bit, and Bishop is a starter who gave up an awful TD. Not going to overreact but those are legitimate problems.

Not worried about the backups allowing that drive but I will say that I was pretty impressed with the Bears offensive design there. Getting guys open for Caleb.

finding the easy stuff between the numbers for Caleb.

Barely practiced in three weeks, it’s hard to shine when your playing with back ups but he looked slow and confused.

I get it.  Sky is not falling, but would like to see him look like he belongs at least.  Week one can't get here fast enough

Yes and no. Bishop is a starter. All of the D line on that series are technically "backups", but they will be playing 20-40 percent of snaps

Not all at the same time.

These pre-season reactions every year are hilarious. I feel for your poor therapists.
