Perhaps it’s different on other platforms for the app, but I’ve never been able to watch a show on the app when it was first showing on the HBO cable networks. Indeed, while I was watching it at 9 on Spectrum cable, my brother had to wait until that airing was over until he could watch it on the HBOMAX app. I wonder if others around here who couldn’t watch it on the app initially were able to at 10pm.

It was available on HBOMax at 601pm PST for me.

I thought it was a decent start. Hoping for a much more in depth looks into the classroom and discussions with players, film, etc

Same. It was kind of cheesy. I liked T. White piece though

A very wholesome episode but much like most Hard Knocks early episodes you don’t always get a lot of drama until you get closer to final cuts. But it is so fun to see these guys closer up.

Yeah I think the prime Max isn't the same as max.

HBO and Disney do not show everything on Prime that you can watch on the HBO or Disney App. So need to use the individual apps sometimes.

I gotta kick out of how many times they told the defense that 17 is off limits.

I don't know why, but as he was saying it, I was thinking of Mr. Mackay from South Park saying it....."Nobody go near Josh Allen....mmm-kay...........getting close to Josh Allen is bad........mmm-kay."🤣

Yes, and then login using the TV provider....in this case Prime Video.

Solid. I am in Rochester and it was a kick to see it. The best was Josh talking Galileo.

Loved that. I was a physics major at the U of R. 9.8 meters per second squared! He even knew Galileo was from Pisa!

I loved this episode—it was awesome to see so much behind the scenes stuff, including some of Dion’s home life that I wasn’t expecting with the drift hobby lol. And how about Tre with the extra hill work after practices? Beast mode engaged right there!! And Josh sprinkled throughout, good stuff. Well done HBO!!! 🙌

Loved Joe Brady talking about clear out routes.

I mentioned them a few times last year when posters were made at Josh for not hitting them. Brady said it best: You’re not getting the ball. Your only job is to clear out.

Also cool to see McD talking about Tre struggling last year but going in an upward trajectory.

Great first episode. Definitely catered to us Bills fans and HBO gets it, it’s Josh Allen’s world, rightfully so. Tre and Benford are special, hope they both stay healthy all year.

It’s not on prime, it’s on HBO. Get

tjr Max app.

I did. I got HBO Max through prime. Turns out that if you get the 9.99 HBO max you can only watch after the live airing unless you upgrade to the 16.99. They never tell you that. Just say it and I would have still paid it.

They need to be reminded. Often. Defensive linemen are built to destroy. They forget what they are not supposed to destroy because their brain is wired to destroy everything.
