bigduke6 Posted Friday at 07:57 PM Posted Friday at 07:57 PM (edited) highly unlikely and probably not even remotely possible, but go get Parsons and Terry. thats your SB win right there. this team is built to win now but we need that game wrecker on defense and a true number 1 receiver. mortgage the future like the Rams did a few seasons ago. win before Josh is beyond his prime. its now or never. usher in the new stadium with style. Spencer Brown or Dion Dawkins as they could really use help at the OT position. Brown would pry make more sense because of his age. If we are being real Dallas could use an established starting RB. Groot Cook 2026 1st and 3rd Parsons Javonte Williams 2026 5th All in all, I expect the deal with Parsons to get done and he will remain in Dallas. He will have the biggest non QB deal in NFL history. That will smooth things over. 1 Quote
HIT BY SPIKES Posted Friday at 08:02 PM Posted Friday at 08:02 PM I have absolutely NO interest in trading for an ex-Bills Safety yet for some reason I would consider a wife swap of a specific one. 2 Quote

"Thinking" of asking for a trade. "Considering" to sever his relationship with the team. Camp Parsons' leaks are going extra thin with the veiled threats, huh? Lol. In fairness, teams are forcing these guys to hands to come out as the bad guy lol They arent even speaking with agents or attempting to negotiate. They cant aim a gun at them and force them to the negotiation table. Teams are never going to hold a press conference and say "they want to negotiate, we refuse to come to the table." So players options are: 1. Stay silent and engage in two way passive aggressive game. Basically play chicken on holding out for TC or real games 2. Demand Trade ^^^teams know that by doing that, fans are going to paint them as bad guy... first one to speak is bad guy. Soooo the less drastic measures are: 1. Play Cryptic Twitter games 2. Downplay with "we're considering*" qualifier statement Dudes being a good soldier and obviously cares about winning to even be at Training Camp now! Does anybody in the world think Parsons should be on a one year $24M deal for this year, with FA next year? That would puts him at about ~#12 highest paid DL: Behind Players Like: -Karlaftis -Montez Sweat -Brian Burns -Danielle Hunter 1 1 Quote
Returntoglory Posted Friday at 08:20 PM Posted Friday at 08:20 PM What would a potential Josh Allen contract restructuring look like, if possible ? You know JA would love this addition to the team. 1 hour ago, Gregg said: https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/micah-parsons-requests-trade-from-cowboys-4-potential-landing-spots-including-dolphins-and-bills/ss-AA1JJrOi?ocid=entnewsntp&pc=U531&cvid=688d13e3d88848c28893d8d2787bb8fc&ei=12 If this is even remotely true, then BB needs to summon all of his Mojo and make this happen! 1 Quote
BigDingus Posted Friday at 08:31 PM Posted Friday at 08:31 PM (edited) It's times like this that the whole "salary cap is fake" thing falls apart. Terry McLaruin & Micah Parsons both wanting a trade? Two positions we could definitely use help at? Unfortunately, I don't see how we could swing either one with the cap situation we're in now. 36 minutes ago, BuffaloBillyG said: If we are being real Dallas could use an established starting RB. Probably shouldn't trade the guy that was our primary weapon, biggest difference-maker on offense, and the guy who allowed us to finally have a run game & open up the offense for Allen to be much more efficient. Despite what fans say, RBs aren't a dime a dozen. We tried to find someone for years that could do what Cook has done, but because we don't want to pay him, everyone is ready to ship him off. Look what happened in the Chiefs game when we stopped going to Cook. Allen had the ball in his hands & got as many yards as his jersey number. He needs help, and going away from Cook hurt us. I don't think we should be so willing to move on. Edited Friday at 08:35 PM by BigDingus 1 1 Quote

I believe that package is what it would take to get Dallas to consider it. Not that's my offer. For AJE a first and third I think Dallas would tell Beane to kick rocks. End of the story Parsons most likely sings a record deal to stay in Dallas so it's all a moot point anyway. 1 Quote

Running backs are a dime a dozen lol Cook is a pro bowl running back.. that's not a dime a dozen ... singletary is closing on 5,000 rushing yards Backs who can pick up yards are not hard to find... You can find them in the 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th undrafted... Sweet spot for running backs now is like top 60-75... You can get studs in the second round for the last 10-15 years But there's probably 30+ running backs that could have a thousand yards if they had enough carries.. problem is not many running backs are getting 250 carries Edited Friday at 09:09 PM by Buffalo716 2 Quote

Im not worried about him getting ate up (at times! this isn't a "given") in the run game. We have a nasty OL!! He draws a ton of attention, and we have the backend complimentary players. Rousseau would absolutely EAT. Especially if opposing teams decided they d A premier pass rusher is all we NEED out of him, but he brings more to the table. With as late as we are picking and would pick in the draft, I would 100% give up (as a starting point) Two 1st's, a 2nd, a 4th, and Cook. Potentially another player instead (Milano) /addition to Cook. If they want Milano & Cook I'm giving less/lower picks. Cook would offset some of the money. Milano could too, although in all honesty I have no clue if he'd be someone they're interested in. 4 hours ago, wppete said: I’d trade Ed Oliver, James Cook a 1st round pick and 2 2nd round picks.
