I'm sure it is. Who's blessed by a torn ACL?

It if was something that was only season ending instead of career ending.

regardless. I don't have IG so I'm just taking the word of twitter that this is his official IG account is what I meant by "hopefully this is good news".

I for one think Davidson has some good ability. Can we carry 4? Do we really need Reggie Tolbert?

This is my recollection too... that we were having the exact same conversation last year about injuries.

The Bills are very careful about injuries and if a player reports anything, the team seems to lean towards holding him out of practice.

And if I remember correctly, the only Bills who were being counted on to play in last year's opener who couldn't were Dwayne Smoot and Cole Bishop.

I don't think he's actually employed by SI, is the thing.  They have some sort of blog-ish website "On SI", where they recruit people to write about their teams.  I'm not sure whether or how it's paid? but it does seem like as much of a claim for being credentialed as, say, the Niagara Gazette or Batavia Daily or Syracuse.com.

RIP Niagara Gazette

I am no expert, but that seems like a pointless drill too.

You really should have stopped there…

They ran out of left tackles last year

That wasn't really injuries though. Humphries was hurt but Morris and Suamataia just sucked.

They had bad injuries at receiver last year though. Rashee Rice missed all but the first 3 games and Hollywood Brown only came back right at the end of the year. And they were beat up a bit at corner as well in the middle of the year.

Who needs left tackles when you have a deep bench of referees?

I’m pretty sure you’re referring to Catalana saying “it did not look great”. He says it within the first couple of minutes of today’s podcast. If that’s what you’re referring to, he’s saying the exact opposite of it not being serious.

No, Mike Catalano, the neighbor from behind my house.

Yep - the CB's were huddled around Max, some tears and clear frustration from max himself. You know when you know. Towel over his face for a bit then they helped him up. I'm betting that this is either season ending or long-term Either way, this sucks!

ACL? Season ending if it is.

Hopefully, nothing more serious than a sprain. But, when a teammate says "prayers", it's either overly-dramatic, or a real concern based on the seeing it first-hand.

so you give me no credit for my “I am no expert” preamble? That is harsh!

Maybe I am wrong and the old “running around in a circle like a maniac” is a very helpful drill for cornerbacks!

If there’s one thing I’m pretty sure of, it’s that McD’s staff doesn’t do much of anything without a reason.

To be fair , I thought they were banged up all season in some form , and felt they suddenly get very good during the playoffs
