He had a good year and was a total pro in Buffalo, as opposed to his situation with other teams. I remember a 90 odd yd TD pass from Fitzpatrick to Owens one time. Maybe still holds the Bills record for longest TD. Yes - Fitz threw a 98 yarder to TO in 2009, later matched by Josh to Gabe, also a 98 yarder in 2022 Quote

Ed_Formerly_of_Roch Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago OK I'll go three years and maybe not most beloved, but probably most impactful, Byrce Paup. That was one very good defense he was the center of. When I looked it up I was surprised to read he was here for three years, I thought it was less. Don't recall why he left, was he a FA after 3 years? That was the last year he made the pro bowl here in Buffalo so they had his best years. Quote

holla83 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Chris Spielman has gotten a lot of mentions and he would have to be my pick. I remember watching Sports Center and hearing that the Bills had signed him. I was so excited and started celebrating. My sister came downstairs to see what I was yelling about. It's a shame he only played one full season in Buffalo. He sustained a neck injury halfway through his second year which basically ended his career. He took the following season off to take care of his wife. Then he was traded to the Browns and reinjured his neck in training camp and called it a career. Quote

My 1 year nominee, more like 6 or 7 games, was the coach at the time, Perry Fewell ?sp Edit: Here's the Allen to Davis pass Those uniforms back when TO played :(. I think it might have been all the losing of the drought years that has tainted my memory of them, but wow, those are horribly ugly. Quote

Sestak4ever Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Bobby Burnett, his rookie season, I think 1966. Blew out his knee the following year which ended his career as a Bill. In 1966 he had 1,185 total yards. Caught 34 passes averaging over 12 yards per catch and 4 tds. Rushed for 766 yards and 4 tds. Was named AFL rookie of the year and made the AFL All Star team. Quote
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted 22 minutes ago Posted 22 minutes ago I’m sure it doesn’t count be she’s it was more than 1 real year but Kiko was that. For 1 year he was a revelation Quote
