Washington would essentially be their nickel/dime except in packages where Hamilton did that role when Washington would play safety. Essentially his versatility helps them use Hamilton more as a chess piece without having to tip their hand as to what defense they are in. 

 

His loss isn't terminal, but it isn't nothing.

I couldn’t agree more on not praying for injuries.  As much as I hated in days gone by, I never could agree with wanting Brady to get hurt.

Losing a player like Ar'Darius Washington is a big blow for the season. Hope they can find a way to adjust and keep pushing forward.

Achilles injuries seem to have become the new ACL of the modern athlete. One could say they’ve become a veritable Achilles heel.

Torn achilles is a bummer. That’s a tough one professionally but also personally. Dunno about him but having little kids and a torn Achilles is probably tough.

Injuries are the worst part of football (any sport really) Ravens fans seem to be very upset about this as they think very highly of him. Sad to see this happen in the off-season. I always wonder are Achilles tears like this are just "freak" occurrences or is this something that was kind of just bound to happen due to wear and tear?
