Nope. You normally need two mini reloads during a 12-15 year run with a HOF guy. Last year was one of ours and we made the title game. The next 3 or 4 seasons the window is wide open.

I think there is a pretty good shot we have the best team this year, and probably for the 1st time in the JA era.  I love how they went after improving the D this offseason.  I think it will be a top D, and that is what we need to put us over the top.

 

But there are if's and caveats and variables. Will Bosa get back to some of his old form?  Will Coleman & Kincaid take the proverbial "next step"?  How good can Palmer be w/ Josh?

 

And the biggest - can we stay relatively healthy?  Last season was probably as healthy as we've been entering the playoffs.  Here's hoping we can be saying that or something close to it about the upcoming year....

If this defense is what I think it will be, then we should at least be representing the AFC in the SB. 

 

I think Benford, Hairston, White, Strong, and Taron Johnson will be the best group of CB's in the NFL. 

 

I think Groot, Jackson, Bosa, AJE, Sanders, Oliver, Walker, Jones, and Carter will be one of the more formidable DL's in the league. (That's not even counting the PED boys). 

 

I TRULY believe that opposing QB's are going to be losing sleep before matchups against us this year. We actually have some REALLY good depth at key positions, where in years past we have not. And with JA17, you know what the offense is gonna do.

there should be only two options for this: I believe we are among the absolute favorites for  a Super Bowl this year OR fire the entire front office and coaching staff because I don’t think we are a favorite

Team should improve due to continued development of existing players, FA additions, and coaching (hopefully) growing and learning from past mistakes.  I think we’d still struggle with Baltimore and the Eagles we witnessed in the playoffs. Having a couple rookies play well above their draft status would greatly help, but I wouldn’t expect it.  Either way, it’ll be another fun ride until it isn’t.  I’d give them a 20% chance to win the big one.

With 32 teams, the average NFL teams have a 3% chance of winning the Super Bowl.  The best teams have a more-or-less 10% chance.  The Bills are one of those teams again this year.  

 

Sadly, the Chiefs defy the odds with their improbable combination of luck, a good GM, good offensive head coach, good defensive coordinator, and HOF QB.

IF we hit a home run on the draft defensive wise? YES,.,  If not..  Just like any other year with JA.  always possible.

As long as Allen is the QB bills always will have a chance. After beating the ravens last year, my belief that the  bills would win the SB hit a high. Makes it that much more depressing when doesn’t happen
