F Diggs. He is ONE of the reasons we are in this situation to begin with. Allen and Diggs would’ve been an all time duo, but Diggs can’t handle someone else getting more shine than him. Never mind that he was top 5 in targets and most productive  WR in his 4 year stretch in Buffalo or that he was paid very handsomely.

Diggs is ranked #15 in receptions, a guy that knows something should be playing elsewhere

In “No Show In The Snow,” he was the only one running up and down the sidelines, shouting and yelling, while all his teammates sat there like deer in headlights. I don't agree with every way Diggs acted, but he had that fire and saw what no one else did.

a) not in much doubt that Diggs is a dick. He has proven it time and again. Him not being here as planned is a huge part of the issue, and the only part that gives Beane at least a part excuse until this season

 

b) he certainly found out himself in half a season that Brady cannot get WRs going. He just cant. Its plain for all (most!) to see

 

c) he backed the wrong horse first time round in Houston, but its also clear he figured out going somewhere with a brand new franchise QB is a sesinble option - they have the cap room to pay you, and get other pieces

Diggs overstays his welcome everywhere. He was probably right about some things and he also needed to go and things would be even worse with him

They said the same thing about the Pats WR room for years.. can’t get separation, don’t run good routes etc.. in the beginning of the year they were still harping on how weak our WR room was.. so what changed? Yes Maye playing at an elite level, but IMO it’s the OC running plays to get people open. I don’t get to see a lot of Bills games but from what I hear here that’s the biggest issue is there is no separation by your receivers.. is it an OC thing? Because I’d think with Cook PA should be deadly for the bills!

No I think he seen how the team was regressing. Remember he was frustrated in the offseason going into 2023 and we were at one point 6-6 during that season. Last season was supposed to be a minor reset year but we overachieved honestly…..right now we’re looking like a team facing a rebuild.

A player who lets his emotions get to him

 

Diggs > Sanders, Palmer and Moore put together ... Coleman doesn't seem to GAF.

 

While he was here I think he had issues with Brady, McDermott and at times Josh.

 

He played great for us and would still be our #1 WR, I'd root him on if he wasn't a patriot.

You have an MVP and Elite QB you never rebuild with those you restock.. there is zero reason the Bills need to rebuild with Allen ever.  Indy didn’t with Manning, Steelers didn’t with Big Ben, Heck the chiefs haven’t with Mahomes..

3 one hundred yard games in 9 playoff games with the Bills.  Diggs loved yelling at people on the sidelines for what he thought they should be doing, meanwhile he wasnt doing what he should've been doing.  Clean your own house before you tell someone how dirty theirs is.    My lasting memory of Diggs is him dodging the media when he was dropping passes and not showing up against KC.     Being loud doesnt make you a leader.

Diggs has a huge ego but trading him was a mistake because they brought nobody in to fill the void. In the end we are a lesser team with him not being here and his type of passion seems to be lacking in the current squad. I think 100% of Bills fans would take a SB with a sometimes divisive dick in the locker room than losing to the Chiefs with a team of nice guys. In addition as much of pain in the ass that he might be, he hardly is at the level of a Ray Lewis, Kareem Hunt or Tyreek who are at a different level of off the field infamy.

He won a ton in both Buffalo and Minnesota.  He's an emotionally immature manchild.  First guy to yell at teammates for playing poorly but doesnt take responsibility when he does.

He dropped the dime that would have probably at least got us to OT against KC.  Took the whole game to set him up for that drop.

Most people here had very few nice things to say about Diggs when he left, despite him being the most productive Bills receiver in history over his tenure. I said at the time that we had created an unecessary gap on the team by dumping him, but it didn't take 5 minutes for everyone to jump on the eVeRyBoDy eAtS! hype train.

You don't just replace #1 WRs at will. A lot of teams don't even have one.
