PSL Pricing/Seat Selection Discussion

I think you'll be surprised at what is still available. of course a lot depends on how much PSL you're willing to pay. But even the $1,000 level are corner upper deck rows 7-10 are still available.

I would be open to upgrade.  I think we need/want 6 seats together though.

 

Im thinking maybe front row for whatever our equivalent new rockpile section will be.  Our goal is first row or last row.  Aisle a bonus.

My desire was to be as close to those heated concourses as possible. That means top 2 rows of a section. Also those rows are usually covered by the deck above. I landed Sec 124 Row 21. $2,500 PSL but tix run $1600 each.  The corner upper deck seats with the $1,000 PSL are running $950 each.

We got 9 stacked seats in 325, last 2 rows.  We are coming from pretty much the same exact seats in section 201.  Last row, under canopy, a couple steps from the concourse.

 

$2k psl and $1380 per seat/season.  A steep price increase, but the rockpile is not considered the cheapest area in the new stadium.  We feel like we have a hidden gem in the back row end zone of rich stadium.  New highmark looks even better with a wall behind us, and concourse 3 steps away.

what IS the “Rockpile” section at the current stadium, anyway?  I’ve seen a ton of references to it

It is the "200" level seats beneath the main scoreboard.  203-241

Back in the very beginning of the drought, there were no auxiliary scoreboards on the tunnel end, and these seats could not see the scoreboard and were heavily discounted.  They have continued through as the cheapest tickets in the stadium and have maintained pretty flush with STH.

Similar to my current club seats, it's the main reason I've kept them all these years.

Bills give season ticket holders a final chance to purchase seats at new stadium

 

One last opportunity to get a seat at the new Highmark Stadium before moving on to those on the waiting list

 

They are releasing the lowest tier PSLs at $750

 

80% of the stadium is now sold

 

It should make for a sellout at the new stadium by the first quarter of next year

 

The Bills anticipate there being a waitlist established for season tickets at the new venue

My call is coming next week, I assume those $750 PSLs will be upper endzone, which is fine by me.  LOVE that view when at games, something we've never had in Buffalo, at least not in Rich/Ralph/Highmark, not sure about the war memorial lay out

How do you know this?  When the ticket rep called me 3 or so weeks ago he said I would get the call in 2 weeks.  I have seats in the Rockpile currently.  Starting to get a little bit of angst that I'm not going to have an opportunity at comparable seats and be offered only seats that are out of my budget.

I find it very interesting they have already ran through almost all the season ticket holders and still have so many seats unsold. I also wonder if most, if not all, of their Canadian season ticket holders said no thanks?

I think that situation is really going to hurt the Sabres. At least Bills games are only 8-9 a year

I think they just did a really poor job of the entire selling process. Legends is accustomed to selling in larger cities and did not adjust for the Buffalo market. I am not talking about price, but rather the entire timeshare style presentation they made everyone go through. That turned people like me off from the very beginning.

Except I've heard that they have sold like 50,000 psls 

 

By September 2026 it's probably going to be all season ticket holders.. with just the bare minimum allotment for opposing teams which is like 500 tickets

Yes. I was offered them but instead chose the adjacent non-club section.

Except that this line was in my congratulatory email, after securing my seats. "If you know anyone that might be interested in becoming a Bills Season Ticket Member, please connect us or have them fill out this form so we can get them on our priority list."  Seems odd they are soliciting potential buyers from me if they're selling so fast.
