Bills signing Fournette (for real this time)

Process

Recommended Posts

Fournette played admirably behind one of the worst Olines last year in Tampa. They were decimated with injuries, and were just plain bad.

He is great catching dump offs, is a willing blocker, and can do some tough running and goal line work.

I am shocked he wasn't signed by another team before the season, and I would bet that he will play a significant role here if given the opportunity

If he can score inside the 2 yard line, he's worth it. Cook is a C/D gap speed runner but will struggle at the goal-line.

Nearly 29-year old RB whose averaged 4.0 YPA in his career, ... meh.

He's got size, might be a Goal Line asset.

I'm not quite sure what McBeane have against true 3-down RBs.  Having one would certainly add some options on offense.

Guessing this is similar to the Beasley and brown signings last season, vet to the practice squad insurance

If he shows well will be signed to the active roster in season after getting the max call ups

Kind of just want him for the playoffs

He may not be a King Henry, but I think he is still someone the D will have to pay attention to.
