My point was he presumably has enough funds to purchase 6 PSLs and all that goes with it (tickets, parking, merch, concessions, etc.), but wears a dated, thread-worn team jersey. Geez, put out the extra C-note and don some decent attire for the publicity event.

As you just happened to mention it, the new seat test video is also one of the best representations they’ve shown to date of the extent of the roof overhang. For good or bad.

There’s another panoramic video from the field level that I’ve seen circulating on Facebook. In THAT video you can see that the seat brackets are already installed along the entirety of one of the lower bowl sidelines. Way more than just a single section.

I think a casino would be the only venue that would draw people to that section of Orchard Park.  The village itself has fine restaurants and shops!

Didnt they also already start handing some of the AV stuff too? I was pretty shocked at that.

 

I'm sure Turner Construction knows what they're doing. Not their first rodeo. But both seem risky this early.

OP has not developed the way several other nearby towns have…I’ve heard OP residents bemoan that for years.

I remember earlier videos of them hanging speakers in the rafters, maybe because they still had the cranes on site, and the canopy was not installed yet.

Hanging the speakers is actually more to be expected. In construction you generally work from the top down. It’s so that you can set up scaffolding on the floor below or work off of cranes or buckets without concern of obstruction or things falling and damaging already installed assemblies and finishes below you. Once completed, you don’t want to have to go back up there again.
 

For example, if you look at the field level video you’ll see huge sections of scaffolding in the upper deck that allow them to set up what’s known as a ‘dance floor’ on which workers can stand to reach the underside of the roof. I’m not sure what that dance floor is for. I’m guessing there’s something different on the underside up there along that sideline.

The stadium looks nice, wish they did it fully covered but will definitely check it out. Gonna go to a game this season and next season to see the last of the Ralph and the first of the new stadium.

What I noticed from one of the videos is that the temporary ‘dance floor’ I mentioned previously runs the full length of the one sideline is actually suspended from the roof overhang. I’m not sure what it’s for but I’m guessing they’re installing some specialty ceiling finish on the underside of the roof. No idea if that’ll be true around the entire stadium but with the speakers already hung in other areas, I doubt it. 
 

And they’re starting to install the glass on the exterior of the stadium concourses.
