For the record, for some time now they have reduced the face value of PS games and Reg S games are priced according to season.

This is the 1st year I actually got (a little) more than face for the PSs.

Ask your rep for the breakdown, you'll need it since any sale over $600 on TM (or technically by check) gets reported to the IRS.

Yes. Absolutely.

Do you know why half of the fins stadium is always filled with opposing fans? Partly because of your mentality.

What if they lie to me about being Bills fans, and worse, sell the ticket I sold then at cost for a profit?

I actually had that happen to me, couldn't make a game this season. Gave my tickets to an acquaintance for free, just wanted someone I knew have the tickets and enjoy the game.

Learned that this guy turned around and sold the tickets I gave to him for free

That's called being a chump.

FYI there's no way to know who is buying your tickets online.

For me -

What different package are you referring to?  The Bills have either season tickets, or individual game tickets, and you're not getting those to things like the season opener at a reasonable price without season tickets.

I live about 3 hours away, and have 2 young kids with lots of weekend activities.  I'm ok losing some $ on the games I can't make (and paying full price for preseason games.)  I like knowing I can have decent seats at decent prices for the rest of the games and first crack at the playoffs as well.

I also understand that part of the bargain is sometimes recouping some of my cost on any desirable games I can't make.

I'm not upset. I ride the ups and downs every season. But I'm irked when people who aren't season ticket holders think they can dictate how we should use our seats.

These are fair responses. And now understand more from the pro re sell perspective

I have no problem with re selling generally especially for regular season and even normal playoff games. People and fans would have had ample opportunity and time to buy tickets and plan to buy tickets. So by all means make your money back when the team is good and get what you can

Where I think re selling should at least have some restrictions would be a special event like this one coming up

That IRS was delayed again this year. No politician in their right mind is ever gunna get that through. So no worries there.

Honest question

For those saying that re sale shouldn't be an issue, and they should be allowed to re sell because for x number of years their tickets were worthless and lost x number of dollars

I have heard this as reasoning why unlimited re sale should be ok, but why are you a season tickets holder upset at "losing" money year after year. Why stay a season tickets holder?

As mentioned, I ain’t upset at losing money, so don’t be cranky when I make money. Lots of folks like me and @PromoTheRobotactually bought seasons in the lean years just as a hope it would help keep them around. he lives a a good 6 hour drive away I think, and I am 8 when all is perfect. And yes I am idiot enough to make most games, just not all. That why I have seasons now.

From my ticket rep - "prices will range $120-$750"

I'm guessing Atlanta's version of club seats will be the $750 seats?  Anyway, for $120 I can at least get in the door and I'll probably look around the $250 price seats as that's what I was going to be paying for Buffalo.... if we beat the Bengals... damn lot of conversation for a game we may not play.

There may be a lot of conversation for a game that might not be played but on the other hand it's an event that may happen in 12 days.

I'd love to get some friends together and do a road trip (I'm in FL now).  Getting an estimate on the ticket price helps with the overall estimate (looks like I could say $400).

I would absolutely do that, but I wasn't serious...ill be getting mine from a guy who has had seasons for 35 years and has a 10 am window. Im only at like 15 years and my window is noon. Ill be trying at noon but am quite positive they will be sold out by then.

I'm at noon too.  You think at a maximum of 6 tickets per they will be out by then?  I was hopeful of getting some.

I dont think theres any left at noon, I remember during the COVID playoffs they had them tiered by time and we didnt sniff em....obviously that was a smaller number (5,000 per game was it?). And that was only buying your actual number of seats.

That was a much smaller number (reduced supply), but it was also in Buffalo (higher demand)

If they are selling 35,000 to Buffalo STH, I'm still hopeful there will be something left by the time my number comes around, although I worry what they might cost or how bad they may be.

Bingo. That's exactly why I bought seasons. In '03 there was a real cloud over the future of the team after Ralph. I figured season ticket sales might convince a new owner to stay in Buffalo.

Alright cool, well between the guy you're getting from and yourself if there are any left at noon, please keep me in mind for 1 if that's an option!  I'm a Bills lifer from SLC so not STH option for me and doubt there will be anything good once it's "general public".  And I'm afraid of what the re-sale prices will be by the time I can get 'em hahah

I though 3 1/2 hrs was bad.

Tried to buy some additional a couple of years ago and they told me since I sold some (Big Brother watching) they wouldn't sell to me.

Also I believe that when they start selling again they are only going to sell to locals.

(Which isn't all bad since we don't want any more of those NE area fans getting tickets 😜)

It's all business now. Remember the days you could bring in a Qt thermos full of any liquid you wanted, and subs?

The Pegulas would have a heart attacK!

There was a time when people brought kegs into War Memorial!

The NFL is an expensive club to belong to, and it gets more expensive every year. Bills tickets go up $5-$20 each season.

I have heard back from my rep verifying that tomorrow's sale, which begins at 10 am, is the first time any tickets will be available and that there are many more tickets available than there were when tickets went on sale last December for the playoffs at Highmark. As I expected since only extra tickets (above what were already purchased by STH) were relatively few. She also said an equal number are being made available to Chiefs and Bills fans. I believe capacity is around 75,000 or so at Mercedes Benz stadium in Atlanta . I still have hope that tickets will still be available for my time slot at noon.

I don't follow this line of logic...both of these sales, last december and this upcoming possible atlanta game, will be open to season ticket holders. Last december it was open to the 55,000 season ticket holders or whatever, and this atlanta game will only be open to about 30,000 allotted to the Bills. So how will there be many more available tickets available for this game than for a stadium only dedicated to Bills season ticket holders?

Highmark holds about 70,000, of which about 60,000 are season tickets.  So, in December there were only about 10,000 available tickets.

So he is talking about tickets being available in Atlanta for NON season ticket holders?

Also, there were no general public sale last years playoffs, all tickets were bought by season ticket holders unless I am misremembering.

Yes, but in this scenario those 60,000 ST holders are going to be part of the demand

It's not just like December though.  In December the ST holders already had their tickets, they could just buy more if they wanted to.  Now they have no tickets and this is their only shot to get any.  Very different.

Im still not following, it could just be that I am dumb...but...

For a home playoff game there are are 60,000 STHs who all are guaranteed their seat if they want it.

For Atlanta, there are 35,000 open seats to satisfy the demands of 60,000 STHs.

How does that equate to there being a better chance of a STH getting a ticket to Atlanta than the home playoff game last year? In the first scenario you were GAURANTEED a ticket, this upcoming game you have to hope the first 5,000 STHs dont all decide to buy 6 tickets.

Paattmaann: In December, a large number of the ~65,000 tickets for the game were already sold before STHers got a chance to purchase the few remaining tickets. This morning, there should be about 30-35,000 tickets available first to Bills  STHers  (I believe the exact same number will be made available to KC STHers) who, like you, have no tickets. All STHers are limited to a maximum of six tickets, regardless of how many seats they actually have owned. For me, I have two season tickets. I am going to try and buy 3 at noon today.

So, there will be way more tickets available this morning than last December. Most of us have no idea if corporations and the like, and people in the ticket business whether they are listed under multiple accounts or a single account. The reason this matters is, again, that you can only purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per account. If I were to guess, I would assume most corporations and the like have only a single account. For tax purposes.

Is this any clearer for you?

It's a little annoying that there's no info on pricing yet.... but I guess we have to remember the days of hitting redial on your phone for 3 hours trying to get through to Ticketmaster back in the 90s.

Between $120 and $750 according to my rep
