If we don’t go Wr in rd 1, we should probably wait til rd 3 or 4. Maybe Moore, pierce, robinson or Murphy will fall to 57, but I could see a situation where they’re all gone. I’d rather have mcbride in rd 2 than the other guys that might be there for us: Metchie, tolbert, bell, Shakir. I’d take those WRs in rd 3-4, but not rd 2. If BPA then it also fits a need. Teams who can create mismatches with a TE have been terrorizing the nfl playoffs for 10 years now! Sneaky way to get another weapon on the field, and as a beast of a blocker his use is unlimited. Knox missed one game rookie year, 4 his 2nd, and 2 last year. Howard ruptured his Achilles in 2020, and several other lower body injuries. TEs get banged up, and there's nothing to say he couldn't potentially beat out OJ in camp or by mid season. You can't say his measuables aren't elite without measuring them. Plug in his Pro Day 40 time of 4.54, which is what Gabe Davis ran, and see what that does to his elite traits.
