Normally at least one team jumps early to get a march on their preferred candidate. I suspect this in itself tells us something about the candidate pool. From a Bills perspective it also means that there are still a lot of spots to be filled whereas the teams that win a playoff game and have in demand coordinators normally have the benefit of some teams not being willing to wait. TheFunPolice Posted January 21, 2022 Share Posted January 21, 2022 There's a lot of buzz on PFT that the Texans really want to hire Josh Mccown as HC and want another team to interview him in order to make the hire seem "legitimate" THAT is hilarious and would make the Texans interesting for sure, although not for the reasons they think. The Texans had a 24 point lead against the eventual SB champs and have won 8 games in two seasons since then. Their Franchise QB quit on the team, got in legal trouble.
