It is all going to depend on how many QBs go at the top of the board. After that there will be run based on need. So anything is possible. While I would prefer other positions over Harris ( WR, DE, even CB), he is a big upgrade over our guys no matter how you slice it. Agree that Phillips probably gone half a round earlier. Any of the next 15 could go in any way depending on needs including run on OTs.
