Seahawks trade for Jamal Adams

Im thinking mid round, the NFC West is tough, San Fran being reigning NFC Champs, Rams are not a tough out, and Arizona has gotten stronger.

I think they have a good shot to go 5-1 in the division, losing once to the 49'ers.

Hahaha Jets are now an even worse team and since they are garbage at drafting this is only good for the AFC East.

Well, they turned a first round draft pick (a Safety!!)  into 2 first round picks--and got rid of a head case.

Their recent 1st rounders have been Quinnen Williams, Darnold, Adams, Leonard Williams.  Not exactly garbage.  Becton and Mims will help.

Should be late-1sts.  Not sure that's going to help them.

Yeah who needs 2 extra 1st round picks if they are "late round" when can keep a malcontent Safety on the team!

Call the trade off---it won't help you!!!

Dream on.  Seattle just got stronger.  They are well managed and well coached.  As long as Wilson stays healthy, they will contend for the super bowl every year.

Surprised at the haul sent back for Adams.. Not because of his talent, dude is a fantastic chess piece on defense, but 2-1sts for a Safety... yeesh.

Glad to see him out of the division, but if the Jets GM can draft, that’s a great return.

That's the thing about it.  The Seahawks get a young, proven stud that they can grow with.  The Jets got a great haul,

but the jury is out on Douglas; having the picks brings hope, but is no guarantee they are used wisely.

From reports it seems like the Johnson's put the restrictions on Douglas offering Adams a new deal.  What will they

put their hands on in the future?  Seems the Jets, like the Mets, are hostages to their owners.

Lev only has himself to blame.  He could have been with a winning organization in Pittsburgh.

He felt he was worth more money (And maybe he was).  He took a stand.  I respect that.  But

he's talking about Adams when he needs to be talking about Gase.  Adams isn't the coach

who didn't give him the ball and played other RBs ahead of him without any sane reasoning.

He should have tried to get a trade out of there too.

Yeah, that list of top-6 picks sure inspires confidence.  But yeah they had to trade him...because they hired Gase, and in the end I'm glad they unloaded him.
