Hoax!  There's no such thing as voter fraud.  As evinced by the fact that nobody can put their finger on more than about 2.5 dozen instances of voter fraud in hundreds of millions of ballots cast!  You and your hoaxy pals will keep on repeating the lie without ever bothering to ask **gasp** is this really true??

Eww.  Not the place I would put a chair if I was the one making the seating arrangements.  Gross.

You wouldn't have to as there are usually several from which to choose.  Choose...wisely.

I do not believe you are a lawyer- actually maybe you just are terrible at it- but when there have been over 1100 convictions of voter fraud it make you sound dumb when you pretend there are 30 of them. Literally you are off exponentially and want people to believe you. Also if you think everyone who committed fraud has been found guilty you really should give up law.

And the difference between 30 and 1100 is minute given the probably billions of votes cast in this country since your conservative website began keeping score.  Logic 1, voter fraud hoax, 0.

***

Also, maybe you should try brushing up on the topic.  I looked at one page of your hysterical conservative website.  And guess what?  The things that your liar Trumper pals try to pass off as voter fraud aren't actually related to the casting of a false ballot!  Last I checked, "ballot petition fraud" (which is better characterized as designating petition fraud and which involves the falsification of a signature on a petition to gain ballot access) is not voter fraud!  Of course you would know this given your intimate involvement in and expertise with respect to the political process.  Another day, another voter fraud lie/hoax debunked!

Yes.

When a person proactively requests a ballot to be used in place of voting in person, that's acceptable.

When ballots are sent out, en mass, to everyone, that essentially asking for anarchy.

...could that be part of the "master plan"?.....add some more coal to the "fear mongering boiler" because there could be an "opportunity (COUGH)" with mass mail-in ballots??....an opportunity to massage some???.........

It is funny how you believe that every person who commits fraud is caught, you must also believe that every murderer is caught since we spend much more time and money on it. Any rational person understands that for every person caught that many times that are not caught. I also am amazed that you think " registering" people who have no intention of voting does not increase the likelihood of fraud. If you know a person is not voting but you have registered them you can show up and claim their ballot.

Hoax!  It’s not “registering!”  You have no clue what you’re talking about.  Literally none.  Petition fraud involves falsely signing or witnessing the name of a voter subscribed to a petition required for a candidate to be nominated to run for public office.  It has nothing to do with fraud in VOTING.

as far as your contention of additional actual voter fraud, I’m sad to report that you are the victim of another trump hoax.  All you can do is suspect a problem.  You can’t prove it, and you can’t prove its possible depth.  It’s another Buffalo Timmy fairy tale!  Have a good day, hoaxer!

Hoax.  Good to see you support back door poll taxes.  Why don’t you just leave some jellybeans there while you’re at it? Not to mention disenfranchising absentees.

Next time use Google for literally 5 seconds- you must register to vote in USA. Registering people without there knowledge is a problem if you do not demand ID. You seriously have TDS.

How can a anyone not see the scam for what it is?  All of a sudden they're worried about lines? Yet they pack a funeral home and have been rioting in the streets for months. But on election day they're worried about lines?

The left openly flaunts their hypocrisy, then tells everyone else they can't do what they themselves are doing. We are living in bizarre times.

The lack of respect and lacking any morals is the reason the left can do what they do. They depend on the right to stand by their character and their morals to not stop this movement. They pretty much are correct. Until we law abiding citizens stand up and stop this nonsense, it will continue and become more and more brazen in their law breaking. Enough is enough!

We already discussed this and your lying again- more than half of state  have a free form of ID and the rest should but you can't force NY and CA to do the right thing. Petition fraud being different than registration fraud does not mean the second one does not exist. Trying to reshape the narrative just shows what a poor lawyer you must be.

No they don't.  You can get free voter ID.  Never mind that you need ID of one form or another to do almost anything in this country.

Haven't been to a funeral home since this started.  So I think you're referring to someone else.

How do I get said voter ID?  By taking a trip somewhere?  That's not free.  Try again!

Also, do I need an ID to exercise my constitutional right to free speech?  I assume you'll acknowledge that the answer to that question is no.  So why should I need an ID to exercise my constitutional right to vote?

Got any examples of registration fraud for me?  Besides Trumper and Paladino bag man Rus Thompson, of course.

Because when you speak, it's obvious who is doing it.  The Constitution prohibits certain people from voting.

Anonymous op eds are obvious, eh?

and, on your “just walk” idea, the cost is time! Maybe I could munch some jellybeans on the way to overcoming another obstacle to the exercise of a fundamental, constitutionally-protected right! It’s obvious you’re just scared of people voting and that you’re another trumper who wants to suppress the vote.  Sad!

In LA county, 112% of the county is registered to vote, no voter fraud there

And that's after Judicial Watch sued them following the 2016 election when they had 144% registered and promised to clean up the rolls as part of that settlement. Funny part is, that is also where Schiff and Waters district is if anyone is wondering how they win re-election....

There are no restrictions on who can speak.  There are with who can vote.  Nice try.

So I'll ask you again: how do they get to the polling places?  It takes time which costs them money (in theory, since no legal voter who has no ID at all is losing out on any money, just free time).  Should we bring the polling station to them?  Or is their "time worth money" only when going to get the ID need to go and vote?

And yeah, I don't want people who shouldn't be voting, voting.  Doesn't matter which side it helps, but it mostly seems to help the Dems.  Which is why they make all these excuses.

Where in the Constitution is this perceived right to vote? And don't point to the 15th, that only says can't be abridge or deny based on race
