Really hard to say KC choked. Down 14-0 at the half, down by 3 with 39 seconds and they tied it. It really came down to who won the coin flip. My wife and I both knew it the minute the ref called heads. Give KC the ball first and they likely score a TD. Neither defense had anything left in the 4th quarter. With respect to going for the FG with 11 seconds left, if there had been a sack, and the clock had run out people would have been screaming about how stupid Reid was. Odds of there being a guy open in the end zone with a quick dropback are slim, and any extended dropback and a sack is on the table.

BillsFan4
I just hope the AFC east can actually give the Pats a fight next season. Hopefullythe Bills add some talent, Allen takes a step forward and we don’t just hand the Pats 2 easy wins. Same for the Jets and Darnold.

Tony Romo made the observation that this would be a good time to call time out so the defense could recover. On the next play the OL and blockers gashed a sizeable hole (seam) for the back to easily get through.

The blue line is not official, it’s a media creation, so pardon me for not taking it at face value, especially since they didn’t show an angle that was directly down the LOS like they usually do. And im not even saying he wasn’t offside, just impossible to know from the angle of the “replay” Edited January 21, 2019 by dubs

Livinginthepast
The crucial offside on the KC defender had a suspiciously skewed angle on the replay. I'm not saying he wasn't offside but Why didn't we get a replay from scrimmage sideline camera right at the line of scrimmage? One of the biggest plays of the game and only one bad angle replay. That's just bad production on CBS.
dubs
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m a coach playing against the patriots and I tell my defense that in the first quarter you pound Brady into oblivion.
