They could have called for one themselves before Flake forced them to.  Why didn't they have her question BK?

Anyways back to the topic..

Is Pelosi going to be House speaker?  Her presser was awful.

So, have the prosecutor question Kavanaugh for the R's while the dem Senators questioned him? Not hardly. It was the committee's job to hold the hearings (investigation) not the FBI's job. The one week postponement was just a bone to throw the dems, who were trying to stall as long as possible.

Having Pelosi as Speaker is a double edged sword. She magnifies the stupidity of her party but will make it difficult to do deals.

Because they would rather have questioned her, but they couldn't because of Flake's requirements.  Why shouldn't they have used their prerogative to pursue as much of the confirmation hearings on normal grounds as possible?

Also, the confirmation hearings are not criminal proceedings.  Kavanaugh certainly has the right not to have his confirmation hearings treated as such, rather than to be questioned by a freaking prosecutor, right?

You'll be California soon. Just a matter of time. You'll see.

Bringing this back up from yesterday. Over the last five years or so Georgia has seen the the development of a fairly large film industry and with it an influx of folks moving here to work in the field. It has shifted the political table a bit, more so in Atlanta and the surrounding area. If the people I know who are part of this industry and what I hear third person are to be believed. They overwhelmingly moved here for opportunity and to enjoy a favorable cost of living. My question is why for **** sakes would you want to implement the same $hi**y policies that made you leave where you came from?

My other favorite concern is that if GA is too conservative, the entertainment industry won’t want to film here anymore. You mean the same hypocrites that film outside of CA and in any state that’ll Shower them with tax breaks?

The FBI DID investigate before Flake "forced" them to, to the full extent of their responsibility.

Because they're insane.  And/or stupid.  Take your pick.

Victory tweet...

Let's see if the left calls her antisemitic or not.

Holy *****, this is a real graphic.

Tell us again how it's POTUS pushing the division.

Fullsized image

I know my county would turn blue if you eliminate 92% of the population. Of course, going from ~22,000 voters to ~1,500 isn't a big deal.

Every single one of those races with the exception of NE 02 and PA 01 (don't know what to make out of that race because of redistricting in PA), the margin of victory was smaller for the incumbent party compared to 2016 so I don't quite know how to interpret that list.

Are those the only progressives that ran?

Democrat Andrew Cuomo beat his Republican opponent Marc Molinaro 58% to 36%.  That's a 22 point loss for the Republican candidate.  When you lose by 22 points you and the NYS Republican party are horrible.  NYC has nothing to do with it.  And the NYS Senate is now in the hands of the Democrat Party.

1.  NY Republicans are horribly incompetent.

2.  Time to leave NYS.

Because they feel corruption ruined good intent in CA, and that 'this time' their good intent will be voted into office and corruption won't follow.

This time it will be different. They just need a clean slate and this time it will work!

This time! This time! This time!

I’ve been telling you to keep an eye on the Broward County, FL Supervisor of Elections, Brenda Snipes. Countless allegations of illegally tampering with ballots, and a judge’s ruling back in May that she illegally destroyed ballots. She wants you to believe this:

. Surprisingly strong and forthright thread from Rubio on Democrats’ shameless attempt to steal the election in Broward.

Long but IMPORTANT THREAT ON ELECTIONS IN #FLORIDA. #BayCounty was hit by a Cat 4 Hurricane just 4 weeks ago,yet managed to count votes & submit timely results.

Yet over 41 hours after polls closed #Broward elections office is still counting votes? #Sayfie 1/6

10:16 AM - 8 Nov 2018

While many places in the country have early voting, Broward County is the only county in the United States that has late voting too.

The Florida Senate race has only narrowed since Republican Rick Scott claimed victory against Democrat Bill Nelson. Now top political campaigns in the state are bracing for the possibility of a manual recount.

They never stop, they never sleep, they never quit.

They have already accomplished the 'latest count' in Arizona, now they are going to take Florida.

Just so people understand what's at stake and why the blatant fraud is happening before everyone's eyes (and no one is reporting it seriously):

If they manage to steal Florida and Arizona - which is what it would be, theft - that gives the GOP a 51-49 majority... with Mitt Romney as the new John McCain.

(and by they I mean the uniparty establishment)

Which would explain why they're pushing this "popular House and Senate votes" nonsense, too.  If they steal FL and AZ, it "represents the will of the people" because "the Democratic Party won the popular vote!"

Correct. It's the same trick. Literally the same control structure they're trying to put back into place (in plain sight for the world to see).

They think we're stupid. Or too partisan to care.

We'll find out if they're right soon enough.
