I mean, I think they have right to think they’re going to win, but I just don’t think the ravens are good and they’re down their number 1 corner Smith. I think Daboll is going to expose that with KB. Not saying we will win but a shut out. I don’t see that happening at all.

He's going to expose a number 1 going down with an extremely average WR, and Peterman throwing him the ball? It's not a mismatch it's just levelling the playing field.

I just hope that our Oline scheme was zone blocking in pre-season simply because we needed the work in that area but when it comes to the game Sunday we will be employing a much more polished blocking scheme that is more suited for the personnel we have.

If this is not the case then Allen could very well be starting the game by the 2nd quarter and then you have to wonder who starts the 3rd quarter.. God forbid our 4th string option by games end..

I am haunted by nightmares of our OL from preseason. I might be eating Lorazepam all day sunday

Your point is all about the past. They're notoriously slow starting is what you said.

Which I agree. But I just don't feel confident about that game. I actually think they win that division.

That division sucks so they have a great chance

Can you blame them.

If you were on the outside looking in and your only preconception of Nate Peterman was a 5 INT first half you would be doing the same.

Not to mention the nationally televised Sunday Jailbreak on both sides of the line, vs the Bengals.  That was a public display of incompetence on both sides of the balls that would have me licking my chops as a fan.

Sal C believes the Chargers have the best top to bottom roster in the AFC.  Do you agree with that?

Yes I agree Sal C believes that. ?

Honestly I couldn't care less what Sal C thinks or what power rankings before week 1 say. I guarantee none of them had the Jags almost beating the Patriots in last years AFC Championship game.

This reminds me of the season opener against the Chiefs in 2011. Chiefs Planet message board which are a bunch of  lunatics were predicting blowout, we were big underdogs and we won big...not predicting we will win big but the Bills always seem to play better in the beginning of the season and when we are underdogs.

Someone from this board accusing others of drinking cool-aid? A board where I see people say the Bills can win 9 games easy, or people say they are closer to 2nd round of playoffs than last. Which I'm not even sure how you quantify that.

This team has been getting killed by the national media, what would you expect from them? It's only going to get worse if they don't win games.

They travelled west to east early in the season a few years ago and smoked us.

So if you think the Bills can win 9 games (as they did LAST SEASON) you're drinking the cool aid?

The Bills continue to be an 8-8 team (plus or minus a win here or there) until proven otherwise. That's what the Bills have been for years, despite the national media predicting almost every season that they will be fighting for the top draft spot.

I think you are drinking the national media cool aid.

The Chargers can never get out of their own way, starting off slow, making  key costly mistakes to lose games, etc. Is that supposed to magically change this year? It sure might, or... it doesn't.

Each Bills fan just has to look at how much they themselves know about other teams around the league before they B word about Ravens fans.  Most of us only know what the national media tell us. The national media is telling all NFL fans that the Bills will suck hard, so I can't blame any NFL fan for thinking their team will have a bye week against the Bills.

And yeah, having Peterman as the face of your franchise is not the greatest thing right now...

Great post, I was explaining this to an Eagles fan who was laughing at me when I walked into work this morning.
