He has spent a boatload of capital on a QB, which was the right move but we don’t know if he got the right QB. Other than that he has filled zero holes on the roster. HappyDays Posted September 1, 2018 Share Posted September 1, 2018 I bet we offered a 1st, but as much as I wanted Mack two 1sts would have been a mistake. But now I'm kind of at the point of hoping we have a top 3 pick next year. I don't think we'll really turn the corner until we have an elite pass rusher and now we'll need a very high pick to make that happen. It's not a bad move for the Bears, their 1st round picks have been pretty bad lately. If Trubisky doesn't improve this year they're in big trouble though. Ooo so we are in the Business of Comparing Rookies and Future Rookies to guys thay have been in the league 5 years two firsts and over 20M annually reduces the ability for this team to get alot better. Bears are in a better position to do this they are further along in their rebuild. If this was available next year I would have been a little more on board.
