No.  It's a stupid comparison.

We still don't know what Brandon was doing exactly, whereas Kim Pegula met Terry when she was a waitress working at a restaurant that Pegula visited.  I guess he asked her out and the rest is history.

So being romantically involved with an employee before you hire them as an employee is gucci?  And hiring them because you are romantically involved with them is gucci?

Wikipedia entry.

Pegula was born in Seoul, South Korea. She has no recollection of her birth name, no record of her biological parents nor any account of her life in South Korea, only her date of birth, a secondhand account of being abandoned in the streets of Seoul at the age of five, and a DNA test that showed one of her parents was likely Japanese. She was brought to the United States and there adopted by Ralph and Marilyn Kerr on December 30, 1974. Along with her adopted family, she grew up in Fairport, New York, a suburb of Rochester.[2] Kim participated in cheerleading and the school band, playing bassoon. After following her brothers' footsteps in enrolling at Houghton College, she and a roommate made plans to venture to Alaska to work near a fishing camp upon hearing there was money to be made. Unable to afford the fare, she applied for work at a restaurant in Olean, New York; while interviewing for a waitressing gig, she met Terry Pegula, who was dining at the restaurant. Terry offered her a job at his natural gas company, and they eventually entered a relationship, marrying in 1993.

Are you saying that he met her as a waitress......then started dating her...then brought her into the company?

You do realize this is a totally different situation.....

It's actually not, at all.

Terry Pegula was dating an employee.  Could she end the relationship without being worried she'd be fired?  Could she truly consent to continuing the relationship with the power dynamics?

It's the exact same logic as #MeToo.

Terry better watch out.

Lauren Hall and Janet Snyder

Snyder is a divorcee and doesn't work for the Bills so doubtful.

Right, like I said, it's a stupid comparison.

It's disanalogous to anything going on with Brandon.

See, you can't do that these days.  The woman bitches, the SJW's come to her aid, and the guy is fired and his career destroyed, all of this before any actual investigation.

He was not a married man causing drama at work with his extramarital affairs. You cannot introduce drama into the office environment and open the organization up to lawsuits. Regardless of the morality is just takes one instance of someone not getting a promotion and suing you for harassment to make the company liable for a bundle.

Russ leaked the Allen tweets.

Russ leaked the Allen tweets because he knew Beane was going to draft him over Rosen and it would be very unpopular with fans. Does that make him a good guy or a bad guy?

He is guilty of non-consensual workplace romance, by today's rules.

Is she the best person for the job? That’s all

I’m interested in. If I want heart warming under dog stories I will watch the lifetime channel.

I want Super Bowls and an organization that can knock the crown off of Johnathan and Robert Kraft’s heads.

Yep, in the eye's of many women he's the same as Harvey Weinstien, holding power over a woman's career.

He should be forced to sell the Bills.

I was listening to WGR earlier and they had people calling in with their thoughts on Russ Brandon...I kid you not..A Sabres fan called in and was complaining that he didn't like Russ Brandon because he never replied to his emails(apparently Ted Black was very good at responding to fans emails)

Well where in the hell is Russ gonna find time to reply to fans emails when he is laying pipe to half the interns in the office??
