He's the best backup - in a way - in the league because he knows the system, etc. If they truly believe Wentz will be 100% by the beginning of the season, then it would be in their best interests to move Foles this off season, if they are interested in a reasonable (2nd round) draft pick. He is a free agent after next season and they will not get anything for him. Bills keep 22nd pick and get Jackson or Rudolph or another 2nd tier guy and keep most of their other high picks Who knows with these guys in charge what they are thinking.....
