Dr.Sack
Monday night Cleveland fails to execute a simple game clinching field goal. Tonight Detroit fails to defend a 61 yard hail mary. What last second heart wrenching loss do the football gods have planned for Buffalo?
BringBackFergy
Lake Erie curse is right. I sometimes wish our city was on Lake Michigan with the other good teams.

Bob in Mich
The ending to that Lions game looked just like a typical Bills collapse. Bad plays, stupidity, bad luck combine to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

YoloinOhio
The lions game reminded me of so many Bills-Pats games where we control the whole game and then start to wear down at the end, give the ball back to Brady with just enough time on the clock, and then await the heartbreak. The face mask penalty to not allow the game to end and give them one more free play was typical as well. Unless of course the referees decide to let the clock run on an out of bounds play and never get the chance for that once a season hail mary
MikeSpeed
I wish I could post a youtube video... the ESPN animated commercial where we recover a fumble and run it back as time expires only to have the refs say we stepped out of bounds at the 30. Lol of the 3 lake Erie teams we are the least dysfunctional. Think of that. Good Lord. The obvious way to get the bills in the playoffs is restructure divisions. Make the "lake Erie" division. And throw Jax in there as a 4th team. Lol Edited December 4, 2015 by drinkTHEkoolaid

YoloinOhio
Thank you Detroit and Cleveland for being disastrous dysfunctional franchises, It diverts the focus from the Bills. they are part of the trio. MMQB actually started a series on the 3 series and the first installment was this week (Detroit). @JennyVrentas: The week before T'giving, @theMMQB visited 3 NFL cities where fans have long waited for a winner, asking: What is the key to a turnaround? @JennyVrentas: First stop, Detroit, where owner Martha Firestone Ford has run out of patienceand that may be a good thing: https://t.co/hCKyPmhuIE Cleveland is next and Buffalo is the third

Bad plays, stupidity, bad luck combine to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. I was yelling at the TV on the facemask play. I knew it was over before the hail mary throw after seeing so many of our games. It was such a Bills thing to do. Maybe if we put Flutie on the wall of fame it would reverse the Rob johnson curse?
