Does that make the NFL terrible for not kicking him out or nice for giving him a second chance? I don't have any legal knowledge but is it true that if she didn't want to press charges, then no legal action could be taken? When the first video came out and I heard it was in a casino, I assumed what had happened in the elevator would come out very shortly. Casino's tape everything. I'm not necessarily disagreeing, just curious as to the rationale behind it. Heck, I think he should be fired because he's done virtually nothing right in this whole fiasco. Not the 2 game suspension part - agree or disagree with that, it is at least a debatable issue. But by trying at every turn to minimize the public outcry and just hope this issue goes away, he's turned it into a PR disaster. If you were an owner, would you really want him to stick around?
