Then she needs to grow up and stop acting like the spoiled rich kid who made a lot of money herself and now needs to rebel, but in front of millions of people. Mostly she should just take her money and disappear because she's not a great singer, isn't a songwriter, isn't a good actress, and her 15 minutes are pretty much up. They were going through this stupid story that doesn't deserve our attention and then the anchor ended it by saying "why does she do this stuff". The anchor woman working with him responded with "she wants attention and to be mentioned on tv... oh, am I not supposed to say that?". I bet you'll appreciate this Onion piece. Listening to her on Oprah and seeing her interviewed everywhere. She drops the affect when she wants to blacken it up in a heart beat. The son, I mean, growing up trying to be a man like Will Smith - yikes. The wife, meh, enough of her. I would feel a lot better about Smith if he'd just throw DJ Jazzy Jeff a buck or two... I have almost the same feelings. But not as much. I'm probably more mad at the system, than at Will Smith. Will Smith is good. I have zero probs with him. I dont like that he is shoving his dumb kids down our throat. But again, wouldnt we probably do the same? His wife. She's cool. Have no problem with her either. I practically know nothing about the daughter. The little boy is not that good of an actor. So again it annoys me that he is being selected for top roles. But again that's just the way of show biz. If I had to say someone bugged me in that family it would be the dumb little boy. She's just working the P!nk look... Well it looks decent on some, like it looks decent on Pink. Her parents had her posing half-naked when she was 15 or 16 years old. How is a coming of age girl supposed to learn self-respect in that situation? Her parents have been cashing in on their daughter for as long as they could. It's sick. And what gets me most is this girl is 20-years-old and she already looks and sounds like a woman who has spent decades in bars, being the town whore. She looks used and abused and sounds like she's on a steady diet of So Co and Marlboro reds. I hope she can learn to realize she's worth more than that and she's better than that disgusting display she put on. I'm not against what was on TV ... I'm against why this 20-year-old girl has become that at such a young age. Thank GOD I had a son. EDIT: I will add that Miley's parents, agent, management team - along with MTV - are loving the press this is getting. And my guess is that they're all in the process of convincing Miley that it was "a good thing," and likely talking her into doing it again, and again, and again. Bad singing, worse dancing, and even less sex appeal. She looked like a person who doesn't know what sex appeal is but was told about it and is trying to act sexy. She wasn't sexy the way porn isn't sexy. It's sex but its not sexy. I can't believe whatever show coordinator they have didn't put the kibosh on the whole thing. It just sucked. Kate is same age, and looks like a women. Miley didn't even sing the first 40 seconds or so, did that ridiulous tongue hanging out(it reminded me of a slobbering dog), she made me feel uncomfortable watching because with her littler girl figure, teddybears, skinny legs- it reminded me of those calvin klein/abercrombie kid porn ads.
