  1. There were also plenty of games where Allen was essentially handing the ball off most of the 2nd half since they had big leads even when he was playing like in the first Dolphin game.
  2. The Bills are the 2nd winningest team in all of pro sports over the last 5 years, what the F are you talking about?
  3. That's what happens when you release 3 future HOF's in the same year...the power of 3.
  4. Funny...people are taking less money to play with Josh Allen or to remain here now.
  5. I'm going to guess their pass rush is a non-factor and Allen carves them up like a Thanksgiving Turkey.
  6. There is something to be said for only having so much in the tank in terms of emotional energy and "fired upness". Perhaps that is why after a long season and some good wildcard performances, his performances drastically decreased in the divisional round and AFCCG
  7. FYI, here is Rome talking about the incident: TLDR: Rome says it was not staged at all and he was young and dumb and it was all his fault. Said they have never spoken since.
  8. You mean..... Chris??
  9. Bills beat 2 teams who went a combined 30-1(sorry, not counting the last KC game where they essentially rolled over) against the rest of the NFL and did so in dominating fashion in both games.
  10. I mean sure, some of them were, but there is a massive difference in the strength training, off-season workouts, nutrition, etc starting at a young age for a lot of these players and going thru their entire careers now that was never even thought of back then. I would not be surprised if there was a relative decrease of .2-.3 on 40 times across the board from back then on average for each position group.
  11. It's so wild watching these old highlight clips...it looks like the players are literally running in slow motion compared to today...so crazy how much bigger, faster, stronger the NFL has gotten in 40-50 years...
  12. Wonder if we see Hardy called up since he was exceptional on returns in college?
  13. Technically infinity more turnovers since nobody else had one. 8 times more would be if someone else had 1.
  14. It was not even forecasted tho...when I looked then, temps were supposed to be in the low 20s
  15. Well, this month it does...the other months we were well above normal. In fact, 2024 shattered the record for warmest year in Buffalo history at 53.0 degrees almost a full degree above 2012's previous record of 52.1. There is only one other year on record at 52 or higher besides those two and it was 52.0 To break an average temperature record over the course of a year by that much is almost unheard of and is absurd. But this month it looks like the party is coming to an end...had 13 months straight of above normal temps(many of them multiple degrees above normal) but it looks like this one will not be joining them unless we have a major warm up the last 10 days or so...
  16. OP has had between 7-10 feet of snow already this year, what are you talking about? Brutal cold has nothing to do with the lake being open or not...is this even a serious post? It makes no sense.
  17. McCarthy cannot get fired, he is not under contract for next year. If he doesn't reach an agreement with the Cowboys, he will be free to sign with another team. Word around the league is that McCarthy is the one who might be looking to leave while Jones wants him back. Ross just released a statement last night that both he and Grier, the GM will be back next year. So your crazy feeling is not going to come to fruition. Very poor at getting them prepared and ready to p[lay at the start of the season. Burrow is the worst week 1 QB in the history of the NFL, he has been absolutely abysmal many of those games. Team is constantly staring at a 1-3 or 0-4 hole after the first month. That falls on coaching.
  18. Yeah, seasonably cold weather for this time of year although much of the last few years has seen winter not really exist much of the time with temps in the 40s and 50s. Basically, a typical January day.
  19. Same...remember it was quiet as a pindrop when Kelly had to leave the game...nobody said it but I think most of us were thinking that might be the last time we ever saw him play and we were right.
  20. 58% completion rate, 14 TDs, 19 INTs. The team averaged under 20 points a game. They were on their last legs.
  21. No...that was at the end of the line for aging vets. Allen is in his prime.
  22. Someone also needs to point out that his stats are essentially an AVERAGE JA season over the last 4 years of 5,022 yards and 44 TDs.
