  1. Diggs is our best weapon. But I agree with your premise that he needs to get the ball more. Everytime he gets it something good usually happens.
  2. That's not correct. They lost to the Colts in a blowout at home in November of 2021. I've posted this many many times before actually. However that is still well over 2 years now which is absurd considering how easy it is to lose by 7 or even 20 on an off day for other teams.
  3. Pittsburgh also beat the Browns with Watson in there who has been mostly terrible for them. They have been playing better lately and really running the ball well. Rudolph has been throwing bombs downfield to WR's, but that likely won't be happening against us, especially in the wind. This should be a 10 point win for the Bills at least if they play well, especially without TJ Watt.
  4. At the end of the day, a lot of the INT's don't really matter. I mean is an INT on 4th down where the other team gets the ball at their own 5 yard line really worse than a punt? I think the way people view football scenarios is very flawed in terms of the importance of turnovers. Is a team that punts 8 times and has no turnovers in a game more likely to win than the Bills who turn the ball over 3 times? I would say most likely no.
  5. Allen has probably the worst INT luck of any QB I have ever seen. Also has at least 3 this year that were basically punts and caused the other team to start inside their own 10 rather than at their 40 if he threw incomplete. Those are actually smart plays that look bad on the stat sheet. Spectacular over the shoulder INT needed? No problem. Diving INT? No problem. The next week you watch the same player get a ball thrown right to them and drop it or dive and the ball hits the ground. Have seen so many INTs get overturned on replay by other QBs this year. Has Allen ever had any INT overturned?
  6. He is a polar opposite in terms of personnel and style to McD. I don't see how he is a good choice at all. This makes sense only if you don't take into account things that actually matter.
  7. By all rights it should have been something like a 41-14 blowout. The Fins should feel fortunate the game was even close and they actually had a lead into the 4th quarter. The Bills missed 2 easy TDs, one a drop the other a bad overthrow, gave away a bunch of points with RZ turnovers and the end of first half nonsense and still won. If you need that much help and STILL can't win, then the Fins definitely had no business winning that game.
  8. Drive very slowly and hope the Thruway doesn't get shut down. The good news is with Lake Effect Bands you don't have to drive very far normally to go from heavy snow to no snow, so it might be a rough drive for like an hour or so but once you get out of the 10-15 mile band conditions improve rapidly. Can't remember where but I saw a picture of a street where one side of the street was on the edge of a heavy lake band and the other side was just outside it. The one side of the street had like a foot and a half of snow and the other side had like an inch. It was one of the craziest pictures I have ever seen...looked like it was photoshopped but it was real.
  9. Going to really hold onto the ball when he doesn't know what he is seeing with coverage.
  10. Bills record under McD in December/January regular season games is pretty spectacular...think it's like 21-2.
  11. Perfect game part II? Almost identical to the 2021 season right down to record, being 7-6 then winning out to take the division title and even Allen finishing with exactly the same 92.2 passer rating.
  12. Pointless as we likely will have a localized weather event involved that they have no means or experience to even forecast. Outside of NOAA/NWS Buffalo or Donn Paul, I wouldn't trust any of those other places for weather in these situations. Heavy lake snow is likely for Saturday/Sunday and possibly into Monday. Probably measured in feet not inches.
  13. Poyer said after the game in an interview they went more single high safety to bring a guy in the box to disrupt their run game and basically told Tua to beat them. He couldn't. People killing the Fins for not running more but Tua did was he was supposed to do and that is not try and run against a heavy box and throw due to a numbers advantage. They had 3 carries for 7 yards in 2nd half. Bills were crashing the LOS hard. McDaniels had no answer once Bills took away what was working in first half.
  14. We are the only team in NFL history to play 7 regular season night games.
  15. The Bills mostly gave themselves fits. They rolled up almost 500 yards of offense and left at least 20-24 points on the field. If we make 2 simple plays it is a blowout...Cook TD pass he drops wide open and Diggs way overthrown while college open for an 89 yard TD. That would have given them almost 600 yards of offense. Sure, they made a few nice blitz calls and got a couple of TO's, but their D got shredded all night long. The game was much closer to the 48-20 game earlier this year than it was to Miami being "even" in the game. Bottom line is the Bills have themselves to blame and themselves only for the game even being close. Mostly because Allen decided he wanted to pour it on instead of taking the easy win when they went up huge early.
  16. Bills are built for amoeba football...find whatever way to win THIS game in THESE conditions and then go do it. They are kinda like jack of all trades, they can get it done in a lot of ways.
  17. He will ineffective and irrelevant if he does play...might actually be an advantage for him to be in there on one leg versus a healthy player. No way it happens, IMO. Too high a risk he tears if fully and has to undergo surgery and rehab
  18. I would like to see them utilize more swings and screens, even if they are creative screens since we don't seem to run normal ones well.
  19. Allen buys time pretty well. Nobody is protecting the QB when they bring 7 and you only have 6 to block
  20. You can only block but so many, Allen has to know who is hot. Sometimes he made good plays under those situations, other times he tried to do the fade back and wait hoping he could hit something big but made poor plays. I mean they rolled up almost 500 yard of offense and if they make 2 easy wide open plays to Cook dropping a TD Ronnie Harmon style and 89 yards to Diggs who had like 8 yards on Ramsey for a wide open TD it would have been more like 600 yards.
  21. Banged up Bills thinks Gabe most likely has a knee contusion from falling in EZ
