  1. I was laughing during the broadcast when they called out the offense and the PFF ranking for every offensive player was basically horrible, like out of the top 15. Only Spencer Brown was in the top 10 besides Allen. We sure are doing a lot of winning for a bunch of PFF scrubs. 2nd best PPG in the league with mostly guys outside of the top 15 in every position. Seems like the rankings might just be BS.
  2. Absolutely would be our least favorable matchup, but it's not blowout territory anymore, that's all I'm saying.
  3. Maybe I'm just an optimist, but I think the game is very different now if we play them again. Milano, Bernard, and Johnson changes the whole dynamic of the defense, and the offense is more multi-faceted now then they were when they played earlier in the season.
  4. This is kind of Brady's thing right? He loves to lean on a play until the other team has proven they can beat it. I swear I've heard them talk about that before.
  5. It's the most insane and dynamic TD since the Philly special, but the fact that this was improvised is just amazing. A lateral in a snowstorm for a TD is just nutty.
  6. It's nice to see him let the guard down a little bit and have some fun. He deserves it. I've given him a lot of crap but ultimately he's done very well this (and almost every) season.
  7. If you're mad at Bass here you're crazy. There's no reason to even attempt that kick besides showing Bass that "we trust you".
  8. This has been an iconic game. The Bills have shown that they can and will dominate even in the worst conditions.
  9. Herbert looks like a guy I can enjoy a gas station tacquito and roller dog with more, therefore I want him to win. We don't need to have a good reason all the time.
  10. 50,000 drunks with weighted projectiles doesn't sound like the best idea to me. The NFL thought throwing snowballs and adult toys on the field was bad enough, if everyone had rocks and bottles you'd need the opposing team to wear riot gear.
  11. Nate Peterman is still inexplicably in the league. Daniel Jones will find a backup role somewhere.
  12. Probably the right choice though.
  13. Ultimately a really fun game by the end. Eff Watson, Winston and the Browns though. Chubb is cool.
  14. Just got to hope the Chiefs fumble a couple games down the stretch.
  15. The coach is just good enough to keep them in mediocrity. They need a season to crater and get a QB. Tomlin keeps them competitive by highlighting his best players consistently.
  16. TJ Watt and George Pickens. If both are having an off day, they lose. TJ Watt doesn't have a lot of off days.
  17. Great run in by Winston, better two point grab by Njoku. What a play in the snow.
  18. Just an aside because I just saw the ad. Jeff Dunham is the worst "comedian" of the modern era and it's not even close. I can't believe he's getting amazon money thrown at him.
  19. Man I love a snow game like this. The fact that both teams are passing as well as they are is a surprise. Some excellent grabs.
  20. Guys, it's a game. We don't need to devolve into wishing death upon a visiting team There's no reason to be hanging effigies of the other team's players. That's weird and gross. Stick to the classy stuff like "Tom Brady sits when he pees".
  21. If they go into the playoffs with 13-15 wins with Allen still protecting the ball and throwing very few INTs... I think that's enough to say he's proven. They're getting 30+ points a game more regularly than everyone but Detroit, but with less celebrated weapons. Remember the narratives around the team before the season compared to what's actually happened. It's bound to get attention.
  22. I don't really understand the desire to dunk on other posters about this. Work ethic, self-reflection, and willingness to grow are all intangibles. As a fan, you really can't measure those. As a coach/scout who actually sits down and meets these players, it might be one of the most important things to measure. Bernard developed into the player he is today. He wasn't even close to this coming into the league. Kudos to the scouts, Beane, and the Bills staff to identify Bernard. I don't think it was unreasonable to be skeptical at the time of the pick though if you're going off just measurables and college success.
  23. He did a clap for every yard he gained that game. I think it was 8.
  24. He's got a 2% better FG rate this season. It's the definition of marginal, unless you expect the Bills to be stopped consistently and need 50+ yard field goals. That's only happened twice all season, and Bass hit both.
