If we are going to win the game, it's going to be because the offense found its old form, Allen was crisply delivering the ball all over the field, and lots of different receivers had a bunch of catches. So I'm going to say Cole Beasley. He's be injured and quiet lately. He needs to have a huge bounce back game in support of Diggs and others. Another guy who could easily step up and stand out is Knox. I can see him making a huge catch or 2 at a critical moment to save our butts.

You could have a 50 home run season, for fifteen consecutive seasons, and still be 5 HRs short of Hank's 755! Think about that!

I would never eat food actually during a Bills football game! Not necessarily b/c of nerves, but I just don't want to be distracted at all from the game. Eating *during the game* is unthinkable for a game of this magnitude! I'll probably pound something down at halftime.

Tony Sirico (Paulie Walnuts) was on Larry King Live many years ago. Larry asked a question...something like if it was true that Tony Sirico had been convicted of a crime, much like the character he portrayed in the show. Tony's response was an all-time classic. He said, almost proudly and defiantly: "Yeah, I did time." His facial expression and the way he spoke were basically indistinguishable from the character Paulie. Which made me wonder how much "acting" he was doing on the show and how much of it was just himself being himself. LOL PS: The scene where Paulie drove around on Christopher's newly landscaped front lawn had me in tears with laughter; as loud as I've ever laughed watching TV or a movie.

Ironically, I just watching some stuff on Tony Mandarich. He's the complete opposite of Josh Gordon. Tony was another really bad drug addict but he had the propensity to realize his problem, pick himself up by the boot straps, and do something about it. Tony has transformed into a totally different human being than he was when he was drafted into the NFL. He now comes across like an extremely likable, well adjusted, humble, good guy. Josh needs to get it turned around before his addiction kills him.

That's some top shelf crumpet right there.

If we were players on the team with a big game coming this Sunday, you might have a point. Seeing as we have absolutely nothing to do with the outcome of it, why not just go ahead and have some fun and contemplate various Super Bowl matchups...if that is what gets you excited? Right now--this moment--is the best time to be a Bills fan in something like 27 years. These moments aren't guaranteed and they don't come around often. Have fun with it! I see Green Bay and KC as "even" meaning they both present the same degree of difficulty to the Bills. I don't see KC as measurably better or GB as measurably worse. They are both 2 ENORMOUSLY DIFFICULT outs.

That makes 2 ex-NFL head coaches on the Alabama coaching staff.

I'm similar. I think it has to do with aging. It was more fun/exciting the first time around, at least for me...though I was in college in those days and at the perfect age for being an NFL football fan.

He started drinking early today.

The running game has to be there vs KC this week.

YEP! They go into every game assuming they are going to get their 30+ points. It may not always happen, but that's the plan. If you want to beat them, you better get your 30+ points too. The most important piece to this game is Josh Allen and an offense that has never gotten on song in the 2 playoff games so far. If that continues, we'll lose. -
I've been trying to find the answer to this question all week. This story continues to be *horribly* reported. I do not think progression through the stages is as regimented as 1 per day. I think it could move faster, in theory. It sounded all week like KC wanted to get Mahomes to roughly stage 4 by Wednesday (light football activity with no contact). It's amazing to me how underreported his condition remains. I think most people (including media) just assume he will play in the game Sunday, so it's not a big story. His practice week is definitely going to be impaired, however.

Allen... does he have the Jordan killer instinct?

Of course they can, but a huge percentage of the posters here confuse themselves with the team. -
Greatest Plays in Bills History

Maybe combine all the scores into 1 "super moment". I definitely think Taron's play stands on its own. It was the deciding play in a super tight, hard fought playoff game that decided who went to the AFC Championship game! It stands on its own as a big time play. -
Greatest Plays in Bills History

No way in hell is it #1 in Bills History. I definitely DO think it belongs on the short list of "Greatest Bills plays to be remembered forever" however. Exactly where it ranks, I don't know. *Jim Kelly's run into the end zone at the end of the game to beat Miami in Miami, toward the beginning of our (first) Super Bowl run is on this list, for sure. * Ronny Harmon's drop in Cleveland * The collection of plays against Denver one year where we scored like 21 points in a matter of seconds (it all goes together as one "greatest hit" LOL) As odd as this one sounds, I agree it DOES belong on the list, largely because of the widely seen celebration in the Bills locker room with everyone standing around watching that play on TV in the locker room. And we'll all remember Kyle Williams hugging his kids in there. -
Rivers reminds me of another great QB from San Diego: Dan Fouts. Both are great quarterbacks, but neither is or should be in the HOF.
