I would get rid of the '70s charging bison for the old standing bison tomorrow if we could! Or come up with something entirely new, that would work too. I'm not a fan of the charging bison logo...shouts out dated '70s design. A bison skull is an interesting avenue to go down, as would be a fun, cartoonish character charging with a football or wearing a helmet or something like that. The idea to make it deliberately quaint and old fashioned looking, like some old school sports logos. The old Patriot snapping the football comes to mind--one of the best logos of all time!

I was never so fortunate as to have a teacher like this. I remember 8th grade. I would have been down for this all day long. She's one of the prettier teachers we have seen.

There used to be two types of big time hockey played in the world: a European style and a North American style. The NHL has now gone full European style, and it's like watching paint dry, especially when you remove all competitiveness from most regular season games due to guaranteed contracts and players making too much money. I have noted for quite a few years now that there are something less than 10 really entertaining hockey games in an 82 game schedule. The entire fabric of the NHL is a lot different than when you last enjoyed it, and it's all for the worse. I would honestly love to see a large number of NHL franchise fail during this period, causing a massive re-think and re-organization of what the sport is and how it operates. I have no idea how any of the franchises make money, save a few huge markets and the Canadian teams.

It was an overwhelmingly successful season for two reasons. First, we improved as an organization and went from a 1 and done playoff team to one that won 2 playoff games. Secondly, and much more importantly, Josh Allen transformed into a completely new player who consistently performed as the 2nd or 3rd best QB in the league. For this upcoming year, the goals should be: 1) Josh Allen must maintain his new level of performance, more or less 2) It would be nice to be eliminated from the playoffs in an evenly fought game, and not being outclassed as we were by KC. That assumes we don't win all the games and win the Super Bowl obviously. I think there is room for improvement and success in 2021 without winning the Super Bowl, or even the AFC Championship Game.

Not being on that list is a nod to the competence of the current Bills organization.

Honestly, seeing Bills in the red helmets and the Super Bowl era uniforms brings back more negative emotions than positive for me. The trauma of four consecutive SB losses, some of which were humiliations, has taken its toll over the years. Leave those old uniforms in the past! Make some BETTER memories with something new.

I'd LOVE for him to come play one last season in Buffalo, but I agree he will never do that. It's a special set of circumstances that brought him out of retirement, and it doesn't involve the Bills.

The guy that I would kill to get from that roster is Davonta Smith. He is everything you are looking for at that position and he even has star power! He's an NFL superstar waiting to be made. He will go top 5 though, maybe even top 3!

Assuming our schedule doesn't change any more before we start playing again next Monday, we have 7 games in 11 nights! And it's really not going to slow down a ton after that. With our win % of .500, we may be out of a playoff spot (for good) in the next 2 weeks.

Data like this is highly subjective. They suggest we have a team pass blocking win rate of 64%. If 9 other people computed that for the season, you would get 9 other percentages. My "win" may not be your "win". And a lot of these are shade of gray stuff in the middle.

All good QBs are intelligence quarterbacks! Some of those are more athletically talented than others.

I was in a huge bar in Buffalo watching on big TVs with a pack of friends as the game was blacked out in Buffalo! There were hundreds of people in there; think it was somewhere on Hertel. When the game ended and people were starting to leave, everyone was hugging, high fiving, and generally being incredibly warm/friendly with complete strangers all around them. I did a lot of that too. It was a really weird atmosphere and I'm not quite sure I've experienced anything quite like that since. Everyone had a feeling of connection and brotherly love or something like that!

I would hate for us to burn the assets required to get him. Poor value for money pick. No team should ever draft any RB in the first round! Not enough impact on wins and losses to justify the cost. I'm reflecting back on the good old days when we drafted CJ Spiller 9th overall. Good God.
