  1. i would assume both are gone until next season
  2. correct. Fournette not much as a runner, but on passing downs, Brady relied on him a great deal; he is great after the catch
  3. yeah, best to worst interviews/Call-ins press --> gms --> coaches --> players --------------------> fans. NFL fans by and large haven't a freakin clue what they are talking about. On OBL, I turn down the sound down on the caller and turn it back up when Tasker/Brown start talking, its that bad
  4. wow, he got a 5th for AJ f ing McCarron? good job
  5. he'll be gone as soon as Harris is back.
  6. it might end up being a rental . Williams a huge cap hit this year and is a free agent in a couple months. Bad business by Seattle unless they intend to give him another $20m per year contract. Great job by Shoen to grab a 2nd round pick for a guy who was gone in two months anyway. Bad job by Schoen to give D Jones that fat contract forcing him to do things like this. Upcoming draft full of QBs. We'll prob just re sign DeQuan and be done with it.
  7. with no DeQuan Jones, Tre White, M Milano and Von on one leg, not sure Cinci Offense doesn't light em up no matter how brilliantly McD schemes it up. Offense better show up and make it a shootout bc the D is even more shorthanded than it was in January
  8. damar won't even dress , but he'll be there for sure
  9. yes. he was the 3rd team safety who played only bc the two guys ahead of him went down. Decent player, but was behind two other players. People forget these simple facts. Basically, fans are dumb, don't know the history, don't do the research, generally don't know what the h ll they are posting about
  10. see ya next year Matt
  11. yept
  12. the old rule that it takes a full season to recover from an ACL is again being proven. He won't be much of a factor until next season (or perhaps after the bye, in the best case) . Is what it is. Beane made the big move and due to injury, it probably won't work out.
  13. can't fit either of them under the cap. next.
  14. Yeah, offense will need to step it up as Tampa will be scoring some points tomorrow night.
  15. Diggs needs to realize teams are taking him out of the game with double coverage. He needs to accept the likely fact that he isn't getting 15 targets per game anymore but he is allowing the others to be single covered mismatches, on balance good for the team. You don't get to be "debbie-diva-throw-me-the-ball dammit" .. when you are doubled the entire game.
  16. I agree . the all blues and all reds look amazing under the lights. daytime game? no way. under the lights ? absolutely. those reds for the Giants game were fantastic
  17. smart of Titans to dump the huge contract... they are now officially in tank mode
  18. wow the flamethrowers are really out today....
  19. missed the 4qtr. looks like kind of mess. looks like the flamers are out!
  20. McFadden's closed a couple years ago, the NYC Bills Backers club now meets at Penn 6, 132 W 31st St. https://www.nycbbb.com/ NYC Bills Backer is large, pretty well organized group. They go at it pretty hard on game days.
  21. nah, after manning and luck, they have several more years of QB purgatory to endure. sorry
  22. If you are key employee of a company, you get stock options. That's the way it works in corporate America in good companies that know what they are doing. It's a very very small %, less than 1%; I like it bc then you trade it off for a lower salary and cap hit. An interesting edea, Everyone is happy, team has a much lower cap hit and a lower salary , employee is more bought in bc the the better he plays, the more valuable the franchise becomes (in theory) and the higher the leagues ad revenue, which finds its way back the team and all players. I like it, esp for player second contracts where lowering the cap hit is really important.
  23. yeah, what are posters talking about? Hardman did a number on the Bills
