not killing the cap to rent either of these aging , injured shiny objects for a year or two. just bad football business
-
pay no attention to the Cowturd. I'm just an idiot homer fan and even I could see McBeanes killed it this offseason.

seat pricing will be out of sight. count on it. comes with the territory. all will regret not just renovating the Ralph; the lower bowl in the new stadium will look like a Sabres/Leafs game , nothing but visiting team jerseys. an expanded version of what the club seats looked like during the drought

Beane doing a great job. Again.

followed only by Heath Farwell, who shouldn't have even been allowed onto the team plane after his screw up in 13 seconds.

Speculation: Could an extension for Gabe Davis be coming too?

that is why you sign him now -

but doing it the Rams way isn't the way either, they will be sucking for years now. their SB was immediately forgotten once the team immediately went into cap hell and fell apart. Sure lets create a dream team, win one SB, then open our new stadium with Josh Allen and a bunch of D3 college grads. No thanks. Trust the Process. -

The Salary Cap for the Bills Right Now
ProcessTruster replied to JackKemp's topic in The Stadium Wall
I hope so. I have to believe Beane is done for this year. This roster is better than last year's. Time to go play some games. -
Barring a fresh set of injuries, O Line should be much better this year. Beane has done his job.

My understanding is that DHop cannot seperate, is pretty slow, is banged up and hardly ever practices. Has great hands and just wins at the catch point. But we already have a guy like that, Gabe Davis, on a much more favorable contract. Why do I want another , albeit better one , who will trash my salary cap.? He looks like another aging, injured shiny object looking to cash one more giant contract.

I use NFL+ for the same reason and games are available on replay almost immediately after the live game finishes. The All-22 and the without commercials versions (watch the whole game in like 30 minutes, which is cool) take a longer to post to the site. Works for me, esp. since Bills on are national TV most of the time anyway. and you can watch other games in 30 minutes, basically take in the whole league at your leisure.

Given the criticality of the situation, I am pretty sure McD himself called for the deep but inbounds kickoff that Bass does so well, but Farwell did not, for some unknown reason, relay that call into Bass. Otherwise, if feel McD, given the kind of guy he is, would have called himself out for making a wrong call (kick thru endzone) , which he never has to date. This fact is significant. IMHO, McD protected Farwell and Farwell quietly moved on. McD making a wrong call doesn't fit the facts we have. Shame on the media for not investigating this to conclusion (someone is telling them to leave it alone, I am convinced).

The top QBs will mainly tear through whatever D the Bills toss out there. And whatever D anyone else tosses out there. So yeah, the D will look "solid" and "tough" against the bottom 20 teams who have crappy QB play. But when the chips are down, the offense will need to score 30+ regardless of what the D looks like. Its a passing league now and against the top QBs, defense really doesn't matter nearly as much as how many points can you put up while your D tries to get maybe a couple stops each half. This is what the NFL has become at the highest levels. When you cannot touch the WRs or the QB, the quality of your defense loses a lot of its relevance IMHO.

Hopkins released by Arizona (7/16: signed by Titans)
ProcessTruster replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
In today's National (Flag) Football League where you can't touch receivers or QBs , can't have enough WRs. So go get him. What the heck, if for no other reason, so KC doesn't get him
