Inventory of reasons why the 10-3 Bills suck
Jerome007 replied to Fan in Chicago's topic in The Stadium Wall
The thing is, even if that first post and thread is full of sarcasm, it's based on some reality. What is not based in the real world is the expectations of perfection many home fans for all sports seem to have. Don't look just at game highlights and look other NFL games! No team is perfect, far from it, and boy do I appreciate Josh and the Bills looking at other teams! *Basking in the encouragement I'm getting from McD clapping my post -
I hate to say it, I really do ha ha, but fans make more noise in Seattle and KC. Still, few teams like to play in Winter weather - and that likely includes many Bills player ha ha, but at least they are used to it. Now let's ice the Fins' bench and turn up the AC in their locker room., for what they did to the Bills earlier.

Tua leads all players in pro Bowl Voting. This can't stand.
Jerome007 replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
I really thought he was average, at best, and that Tyreek Hill's speed would be for naught but reverse runs and screens. I was wrong, way wrong. But he is still far from the #1 QB! -
Baker Mayfield is really Joe Pendleton
Jerome007 replied to buffaloboyinATL's topic in The Stadium Wall
OK. So explain to me how systems are so complex that new players need weeks to learn them, yet Mayfield, a QB who runs the system (!!!!), can do so in 2 days? -
IDK why but many good teams have got blown out. The Vikings against the Cowboys are the recent ones. The Packers got blown up on opening day last year, no less, and yet finished with 13 wins. It almost never happen to the Bills. Thankfully! Most of the credit goes to the coaches, for sure. It is an impressive stat. Imagine this board if the Bills got blown out at home! Yet it happens every season to good teams. As do the FLUKE losses.

The "ball did not survive the ground" rule
Jerome007 replied to Repulsif's topic in The Stadium Wall
Inbounds it would have been an INT. Since he didn't keep full control while out of bounds, it was not. I'm fine with the rule as it's clear as day. Edit: but what an attempt by Poyer. As was the TD pass and catch by Josh and DIggs that was recalled by a penalty, -
I'm all aboard the Bills wagon, always have been, but I did chuckle at this one. How many teams have PLAYED 3 Thursday games in a season? Still I like it, and 3 wins in 12 days and a blizzard IS quite impressive. Who would have thought though that the AFC East would be so competitive? Even at 9-3 it's not that comfortable.

A lot of us sure enjoyed it, a LOT too ha ha. So many game balls to go around. A true team victory. Especially on the DLine, Stats show 4 QB hits and one sack, but they consistently pressured Jones all night. As for the OLine, the run blocking has gotten so much better the last 4 games. I don't why, but I sure like it.

The offensive line is such a mystery to me ha ha. Since Josh has been here, the pass blocking has been decent to very good, but the run blocking was awful. 3rd and 1 anyone? These last 4 games, it's been the opposite, and the run blocking has been fun to see. And they convert those 3rd and ones. For yesterday, I sure give them a pass with the injuries. They surely outplayed the Pats OLine!

Milano tied for league lead in non-sack TFL & run stuffs
Jerome007 replied to BarleyNY's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's about time Milano got some good PR going for him. He's been elite for a while. -
YESSSSS If he comes back after 4 games, GREAT. If he comes back at full health for the playoffs, GREAT. Otherwise... grrrrrr.

They are the best, unless they happen to be YOUR wife/gf ha ha -
It's pretty impressive that he has played RT and LT, and pretty well at that too.

Special teams have been pretty good this year. The whole bunch. -
Would Cole Beasley come back to Buffalo?
Jerome007 replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
"He's old" "He divides the locker room" "He has controversial views" Blablabla. As if the Bills GM, coaches and players wouldn't know, nor have him pass physicals, etc. They know, you speculate. Most of the hatred from fans come for his open views of last year, grow up. He might be indeed too banged up, slow and old now, or refreshed. He might not go for a low money offer. Who knows. But it is interesting to try out if he is serious. Not say yes, but try him out, -
Aaron Rodgers … Leadership for Dummies
Jerome007 replied to CorkScrewHill's topic in The Stadium Wall
I too think he is a top ALL TIME QB. But his leadership does suck. Yet I can also understand why he is POed. GB had seemed to be hellbent on not keeping or trading away guys he liked to play with, and don't help him much in draft picks either. As much as an arrogant douche he can be, he is a multiple time league MVP, including the last 2 years. They wasted their chance to win a SB with how they do things. They were successful because they had Favre and Rodgers, not because they handled things so well. Basically, there's lots of blame to go around. I actually think Rodgers wanted out but then said F it and took the money. He's out of it mentally, not as dedicated. While I understand his frustrations, and I do, since he's gonna retire soon, he might as well be Mr Positive to end on a good note.... -
Kyler Murray: How did the Cardinals fall for it?
Jerome007 replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
It makes me glad we have JOSH!!! BTW, my worry with him when selected was not that he would be a bust, but just good/very good and not truly elite. He has exceeded all expectations, both in his play and leadership/attitude. As for height, Flutie barely suffered because of it, nor Brees and (Seattle) Wilson. Flutie lacked arm strength, but his height rarely mattered much. -
Sad but accurate. What "worried" me about the first half of the Browns game and all game against the Lions, is that the Bills look on par with those teams, just slightly better. While even in the 3 losses, they clearly were the better team overall, and these losses had a "fluke" aspect to them. In all the critics, I think that Dorsey has become predictable is the correct one. He started great but he has become a weakness. McD has to help him to turn this around. It's only his first year as OC after all. And Daboll's plays are there for him to choose from.

Tre White is ACTIVE for today's game!
Jerome007 replied to Allen2D̶i̶g̶g̶s̶TBD's topic in The Stadium Wall
I actually didn't know when he stopped playing. There were no passes (good sign) and no runs at him that he was involved. I would have thought the Lions would test him out at least. Hopefully he can take way more snaps against the Cheats.
